I had an issue with my car and missed my flight. I googled a hotel close and found Ibis. I stayed several because it's a budget hotel, so it's always affordable. I was not expecting WOW, but I was wrong. It was after midnight, and I called the night reception, which was so polite and humble. I told him my situation and he told us not to worry he would help the best he could. When we got to the hotel it was so clean and smelling good. We were met with a smile and reggae music. He offered us a coffee and then helped with a room. I must say the hotel is well maintained, super clean, and the decor is amazing. The room also for a budget hotel was perfect, the shower also was my favourite. In the morning again for breakfast, we heard Bob marley playing, and everyone at breakfast seemed so happy as if they were at home. Breakfast was also very good. The eggs were so tasty, and pastries were fresh and warm. Out of 10, we give the staff and overall experience 10. This hotel deserves 4 stars.

For the price would expect a kettle and a few cheep coffee sachets. Staff helpful but really overpriced for what you get.. management want to try there BUDGET and try the standard hotel they need to WAKE UP!!! PUBLIC BEWARE!!!

the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is tiny but clean. Consider the price, the overall is excellent. Highly recommended. Breakfast is not variant but good quality. The showeroom space is good enough. The enviornmnet is quiet.

I spent 1 night. I am a platinum member of Accor- it means travelling a lot. I would consider this hotel as very average ( long queue to check- in; no info that breakfast is for prenotation; other customer got the card to my room and luckily i was in room). The room was clean.

Nothing to say: as perfect as Ibis can be. Even more since the staff proved to be very friendly and welcoming. Although C19 regulation, they paid attention to any of our requests with a huge smile.. Thanks to the team!
