A very nice family stay, the room was a good size for four, the beds were comfortable, very clean. Highlight was the breakfast, which i highly recommend to book. Another positive the fact that the parking in front of the hotel is big and secure. With the bus it was an easy ride to the city centre.

Location not close to town

The hotel is not in a good location it’s quite away from main town which we don’t realise we hired bikes or our friends took their car in the town. Mix up with reception we asked if we got breakfast included and we were told twice no we weren’t my husband is a diamond member and in the check out morning I ask why breakfast wasn’t included and we were told it was hmm very frustrating

Convenient for a night or two, clean and quiet though

We knew that this is not the most beautiful and centrally located hotel but it did the trick for 1 night. Rooms not really top notch but quiet and clean, bathroom smelled moist. What did compensate is the Nespresso coffee machine in the room, always something I honor; here as well. We did not opt for the breakfast, Wyk is within 15min walking distance with losts of cafes and restaurants. In another 5mins you are across river Maas in the older city center. There you may find more and other nicer hotels more centrally located but this time we chose the Novotel for a reason (can recommend the Zenden Hotel though with its serviced appartments, right be the river Maas).

There was no drinking water in the room. Everyday we have to go and request for the room cleaning. We have to go and fill the form for cleaning. Some of reception staff(Girl) in rood manner.
