Personnel attentionné de façon inégale Réglage du chauffage à revoir (trop chaud, impossible de baisser en dessous de 25°) Restaurants fermés à 22.00 (le bar à 22.30) ; lorsqu'on arrive tardivement comme moi (vers 21.30), il faut se contenter d'une carte limitée en room service. Spa : tarifs variables et impossible d'obtenir une prestation par manque de disponibilité. En final, c'est un très bon 4*, mais ne mérite pas 5*.
