Perfect location in a Phuket center, helpful staff F&B , Housekeeping , Front desk her name Ae and Tan very good service. Food in breakfast is good and entire in room amenities. I will come back again in ibis styles phuket city.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice location with great staff! I had a very nice stay. Check in/out was extremely quick and the staff is always smiling and ask if you are ok. I came for a bussiness trip and the hotel offered everything needed for a pleasant night sleep. Shower was great as well!

I booked the double bed as I am travelling alone, the staff also gave me as the booking, however the room I got is Disabled room (Which I never asked for), I contact to the welcome desk to ask to change the room before I going out around 6 pm and the staff ask me if I can contact them again later due to they need to check the room, when I came back around 8:30 pm the staff also ask me to wait again in the Disabled room. And they didn’t prepare for my request to change the room even after asked for 2 hours. This really disappointed. The hotel should Never give the guest disable room if they don’t asked for. And the room should be ready after 2 hours after asking the new room. The staff is quite nice but not efficient of their responsibilities.
