We had the best time, our oean villa was stunning and huge. We enjoyed watching different types of marine life like turtles, sting ray, black tip shark and different types and colours of fish in different sizes. Staff are all friendly and food was really good and generous.

Rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable. Island is gorgeous. However the public areas are disappointing. The food a bit hit and miss. The service is what let the resort down. This is my 6th time in the Maldives and the service is usually what makes it so great. However here, the service was terrible. So bad that very few people deserved a tip. I would not return for this reason.

Although on arrival we had a few issues with the room they were dealt with the next day. On the whole all the staff across the resort were kind and keen to ensure we were happy with the service they were providing.

We truly regret that the initial room allocated did not meet the five-star standards that you rightfully expected and that this caused stress during your first night with us. This is certainly not the first impression we strive to create for our guests. We are, however, relieved to know that the concerns were addressed promptly the following day and that the alternative accommodation provided was more in line with your expectations. Your comments regarding the condition of the furnishings, cleanliness, and the maintenance issue with the bifold doors have been shared with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for immediate review and corrective action to ensure this does not reoccur. It is heartening to read your kind words about our team members, especially our Room Manager and the two Food & Beverage Managers. We will be delighted to pass on your appreciation to them and to the wider team, who consistently strive to deliver warm and attentive service. We had a wonderful time at the Pullman overall. However we were disappointed that 2 evenings out of our 6 night stay the restaurants where all closed due to Valentines Day and Chinese New Year. We were given no choice but to eat at the buffet which was not ideal for us. This was not mentioned in any material we read about the resort before or after we booked. The Pullman is advertised as having all inclusive food and beverages across all restaurants, I didn't think it was acceptable to close restaurants and force guests to eat at the buffet. We also twice about a private dining experience for our wedding anniversary. Firstly on the Thursday evening and again on Friday. We didn't get a response until Sunday, the morning of our anniversary. I enjoyed the restaurants very much, particularly Phat Chameleon and Souq Oven. The buffet was not so good and not something we enjoyed. .

Our stay from February 10th to 14th, 2026 was truly unforgettable, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to ALL Accor Live Limitless, and especially to dear Shanti, who elevated our experience to an extraordinary level. We booked a Beach Villa to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. Prior to our arrival, I sent an email informing the team about this special occasion and kindly requested a possible upgrade as an ALL GOLD member. From the very beginning, we felt heard and genuinely valued. Upon arriving at our villa, we were deeply touched by a beautiful surprise: a personalized letter, printed photos of us thoughtfully prepared, and a lovely fruit and chocolate basket. Such a delicate and meaningful gesture. The following day, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade for two nights to an Ocean Villa, making our celebration even more special. To end our stay in the most remarkable way, we used our Reward points to upgrade to the Ocean Pool Suite for our final night. When we arrived, we were welcomed with complimentary champagne the perfect sophisticated touch to conclude our anniversary celebration. However, the true highlight of our experience has a name: Shanti. With her kindness, genuine care, and impeccable professionalism, she was present every step of the way. Always attentive to details, anticipating our needs, warm and incredibly thoughtful, she made us feel truly special. This was not just service it was hospitality in its purest form. Shanti transformed our trip into something surreal. Her dedication and heartfelt care made all the difference. She is, without a doubt, one of Accor’s greatest assets. As an ALL GOLD member, I truly felt recognized and appreciated. ALL demonstrates in practice that loyalty is valued and that memorable experiences are built through attention to detail and exceptional people.
