Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival. We truly regret that the initial room allocated did not meet the five-star standards that you rightfully expected and that this caused stress during your first night with us. This is certainly not the first impression we strive to create for our guests. We are, however, relieved to know that the concerns were addressed promptly the following day and that the alternative accommodation provided was more in line with your expectations. Your comments regarding the condition of the furnishings, cleanliness, and the maintenance issue with the bifold doors have been shared with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for immediate review and corrective action to ensure this does not reoccur. It is heartening to read your kind words about our team members, especially our Room Manager and the two Food & Beverage Managers. Your kind words about these outlets are sincerely appreciated. At the same time, we regret to learn about your disappointment regarding the restaurant operations during your stay. On the occasions of Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year, we organized special themed dinners at our Melange Restaurant, while Souq Oven, our Pan-Mediterranean restaurant, was also operational. These events were curated to enhance the festive atmosphere and provide a unique culinary experience for our guests. However, we fully understand your concern regarding the limited choice on those evenings and your expectation of having access to all restaurants as part of the all-inclusive offering. We sincerely apologize if this was not clearly communicated prior to or during your stay, as transparent information from the beginning would certainly have helped manage expectations better. Your feedback has been shared with the team to ensure clearer communication of special event arrangements in the future.
