Our villa was very roomy and everything you could need was available, we loved the plentiful marine life swimming underneath during the day and night. The beaches were so inviting with the water just the right temperature. Staff were friendly and helpful with nothing being too much trouble. We certainly enjoyed the choice of restaurants with the food meeting expectations. Thanks for such a relaxing holiday

At the same time, please allow me to sincerely thank you for your loyalty as a valued ALL – Accor Gold member. Your continued trust in us is greatly appreciated. With regard to your comments on the room rate, kindly note that our pricing is dynamic in nature and may vary based on market fluctuations, demand, and availability across different booking platforms. We understand how this may be perceived and truly appreciate your understanding in this regard. Regarding the welcome amenities, may I kindly request you to confirm whether the amenities placed in your villa, including those arranged for the children, did not meet your expectations. Our team had carefully prepared these prior to your arrival, and your clarification will greatly assist us in reviewing this further. In terms of the room upgrade, please allow me to share that upgrades are extended subject to availability and in line with the ALL benefits grid. During your stay, the next available category was the Aqua Villa, which is one of the most sought-after categories in the resort with only two units available, and unfortunately, it was fully occupied at the time. We would have been more than happy to extend an upgrade had availability permitted, and we truly hope for your understanding on this matter. Arrived around 1.30pm to be taken on a tour of the resort only to be told that there was no food available after 2pm - or that if we did want food we would have to pay for it! when we queried this, the staff advised they would check with the manager, who also refused to allow us to eat at the pool bar, other than if we would pay. This was quite incredulous and not a great first impression, yet the management seemed uninterested and there was no 'service recovery' ethos that you would expect. The staff could have taken us straight for lunch rather than the tour of resort to avoid this situation - bearing in mind some people have been travelling for 12+ hours at this point we couldn't really believe it. Having stayed at many luxurious, ultra all inclusive resorts, this is certainly not one of them. Very much a 'chain' hotel, with zero interest in customer experience, care or service recovery - it's all about 'company policy' and upselling, pushing to get you to pay for extra services. Bikes at $10 per person per day was ridiculous given we'd just come from the Emerald in the north where the required number of bikes are allocated to each villa for the duration of the stay as standard. Then proceeded to try and make dinner reservations for our stay, again, having emailed several times in advance of our stay we had been told we could only make reservations on arrival. No surprise that there was either no availability or availability at ridiculous times - hard work and not a great customer experience. Food was Ok, staff were mixed - some lovely, some rude and lazy, again, not up there with the best luxury all inclusive hotel - no where near. Would not recommend unless you want an over priced, yet substandard 'chain hotel'. You will be disappointed.

Regarding the bicycles, these are included in selected stay packages and villa categories, while for others they are available at an additional charge. We will continue to review how we communicate inclusions more clearly to ensure better transparency and avoid any inconvenience. With respect to restaurant reservations, our à la carte outlets are designed with limited seating to provide a more personalized and elevated dining experience. While this enhances exclusivity, we regret that availability did not meet your expectations during your stay.
