We are truly sorry to learn about the incident you experienced during your stay and fully understand how this injury affected your holiday. This is certainly not the experience we wish for our guests. We sincerely regret that the condition of the water access ladder caused you to slip. While our ladders are regularly cleaned and top bars fitted with a non-slip, sanded coating, the natural marine environment can still affect their surface, making them occasionally slippery due to sea conditions. For this reason, all guests are informed upon arrival about precautionary measures when entering the lagoon. At the same time, our engineering and management teams are actively reviewing and implementing further improvements to enhance safety and minimize this risk as much as possible. We would also like to thank you for your kind comments regarding our team and the quality of our restaurant, which will be shared with them. Regarding your observation of the barge in the lagoon, we would like to clarify that this equipment is a specialized beach restoration pump used to prevent coastal erosion and to improve beach access for our guests. It was temporary used to restore sand level and designated to protect the marine ecosystem, and plays an important role in maintaining the long-term health and condition of the island.
