Good service and comfortable stay

Everything was just perfect, be it restaurant, housekeeping etc.... The only negative was the front office as our rooms were booked on immediate occupancy and team was not aware of and asked us to wait due to sold out position. We explained and got the room after 20 minutes or so, initially they allocated the twin room and later got the double room.

The standard check-in time of the hotel is 1500 hrs & any early check-in is subject to availability of rooms and on additional charges. However, the front office team has accommodated your room for a complimentary early check-in at 11:30 AM. We strive to provide a seamless arrival experience for every guest and provide early check-ins for the comfort of our guests however on days of higher occupancy allotting rooms prior departure of former guest becomes a challenge. The booking was made for a twin bed hence the same was allotted upon arrival. Nonetheless I will add the preference of a double bed for all your future stays with us. Based on your suggestions for an in-room departure & faster luggage service, we will surely revisit the processes to make improvements wherever possible. Thank You again for sharing your feedback. Badly made hotel with great staff

We had a tile fall on my wifes leg. That showed the quality of construction. Moreover the wooden flooring too was very slippery and we fell a couple of times. And the bed was extremely soft which disturbed our sleep. The service of the staff was excellent but.
