My overall experience was good but one thing which I have seen was that I have been charged ₹400 + taxes for e bike for my son and that too for just half an hour use..

Reached at 4:30, but still was asked to wait for 30 mins as rooms were not ready. Had requested for extra door keys, but was told the hotel was running full capacity & no additional keys available. No engagement activities for kids or play zone. Stayed there for 3 nights, had requested if some coloring books or colours can be arranged for the kids & I was promised they'll arrange something the next day - no one bothered to reach out again.
