Checkin/checkout takes too long....Stealing card details without taking permission from customer. I gave my card for making the payment but the lady entered all my cards details in my system without asking me. I asked why you are doing this, she replied its mandatory. after that I received email that in future you do not need to wait to checkout, we will deduct the amount from your card. Bloody hell who gave you the authorization to do that? This is cheating. Isn't it ? I n future me and my company people might not stay at your hotel. I will also ask my bank to block you guys. Thanks.

Overall Stay was perfect. But at the time of check-in I handed over my luggage to support staff at reception to be kept it in my room no. 438. However, when I returned from the meeting my luggage was lying unattended at reception with no one to look after. I carried my luggage to room personally at 12:00 midnight. No one even checked if it was mine or not. My luggage had company laptop & other stuff. Luckily it was safe. But it's a big negligence from Hotel side. I reported it same day to reception around 12;30 am.

It was our first time traveling to Jaipur and we did not know what to expect at the hotel. But we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was smooth. We had an early flight and had requested for an early check-in which was provided to us. The breakfast spread was quite elaborate and the staff (Drun, Tonsha, Mercy and others - sorry for not noting down the names) took great care of us including our 2 year old toddler. Would look forward to visit here again.
