Our stay was okay but fell short of expectations for a five-star property. Despite making a reservation well in advance, we were made to wait almost an hour in the lobby for check-in, even though we arrived late. To our disappointment, we were not allotted a king-size bed as requested, and instead, were given two single beds for three people. The extra bed provided was broken, which added to the inconvenience. The room heater was not powerful enough to warm the room during winter, and a better heating system should be in place for the season. Additionally, our checkout experience was delayed as our bags were not collected on time despite calling the reception three times. While the staff was courteous, these lapses made the overall experience underwhelming for a five-star hotel.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at NOVOTEL Jaipur! The hotel's ambiance was both modern and inviting, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. I would like to mention few names of Staff and Trainees whom made our stay outstanding and memorable:- Jitesh, Sahid, Ashok, Shakshi, Arpita, Chef Preeti, Rajan and Anand in coffeeshop Anoop in Room Service Chef Qasim, Chef Gaurav, Chef Mukesh, Chef Vinayak are few I still remember who where extremely helpful. Also, KUDOS to Mr. Sunil (F&B Manager) and Mr. Parminder (Training Manager) who helped us a lot in finding places to visit in the city. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-appointed, and offered a relaxing retreat after a long day. I particularly enjoyed the delicious dining options and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. NOVOTEL Jaipur truly exceeded my expectations, making it an experience to remember. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur!
