This hotel was so welcoming and clean. The beds are so comfortable (I didn't want to get out of bed). The saff was friendly polite a d very helpful. It is in a great location. 3 min walk from the train station. It is 2euro 80 by train to the town centre which is one stop away from the hotel. (Dont be fooled and pay a taxi it cost us €60 ) the last train is 11pm.

Really enjoyed stay . Staff were friendly and helpful was even able to check in at 10am as room was ready . Room was clean and comfortable had some English channels on TV . Hairdryer was provided and also shampoo , shower gel etc. Bed was very comfortable . Hotel is in excellent location a few minutes walk to station where you can get train to Amsterdam Central very frequently . There is a Spar shop and a couple of bars right next to hotel . As we had a later flight also able to leave bags after checkout . Would definitely stay again and recommend hotel

Great, comfortable hotel. I found it difficult to get out of bed as they were so comfortable. The breakfast was very comprehensive, tasty and enjoyable. The staff were pleasant and observant without being overbearing and imposing. Overall i had a great time and would return for another visit.

Excellent hotel, staff all very friendly and willing to help. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Breakfast was very good, a wide range of different foods to suit all needs. The hotel is in a great location too, with Sloterdijk train station just across the street and it only being 10 mins by train from Schipol Airport and 5 mins from Amsterdam Central station. Would definitely stay at Mercure again.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly with an eye to detail, the room was very clean and the location super good, we truly enjoy the staying and will definitely stay there again next time we travel to Amsterdam. I would recommend Mercure to friends !
