This was my first time at this property and I liked the decor. It was different from traditional hotels. My room was small but that wasn't surprising in the middle of the city. I stayed for 2 nights. I needed to leave early on the 2nd morning to catch a flight. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower at 4:15 am. I had the temperature control turned all the way hot. I wasn't expecting to have to take a cold shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was in good condition.

I highly recommend this hotel , besides it’s perfect location and fantastic breakfast the staff were absolutely amazing especially the girls at the front desk, always ready to help .. we were happy with our room and were upgraded right away to a deluxe room.. it was very large and the bed extremely comfortable .. book this hotel ..it made our time in Amsterdam extra special

Loved staying at the INK - welcoming reception staff, room well appointed with nice modern bathroom layout. Although our view was a building we had an entertaining quirky wall map of Amsterdam to captivate our vision and mind! Location was excellent for exploring Amsterdam. Breakfast selection expansive. A hotel we won’t forget after 6 weeks in Europe.

Unfortunately I could not in good faith recommend this hotel. Purchased an upgraded king size room to enjoy for the start of my Babymoon. We were in Amsterdam for two nights and three days and did not have working AC the entire time during this stay. Being 6 months pregnant you can imagine how uncomfortable it was to go back to a room on the top floor ( heat rises) after sightseeing that was hotter than the hallways we walked in. I understand issues with AC can happen. But when I called or stopped at front desk was told it's coming on and off-- that's a lie it never was on/ working in our room. Easily 25 Celsius. Was not provided any portable fans they had, not even cold water to drink. Internet also very intermittent. Checking out requested to talk to management said unavailable and will be in contact. You would think they would offer a free night stay, or free breakfast, hell even a written apology and I received nothing and it's been several days since we have checked out. 6 months pregnant and I had to cool down sitting a local bar where I can't drink because this hotel offered nothing.

Beautiful building and excellent location - just opposite the hotel is a little cut through where you can get to all the best parts of Amsterdam really quickly. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in a while and the front of house staff were really nice. The room was compact but was light and bright and had everything I needed and was well thought out layout wise, nice and quiet and with a really nice, big shower. I would definitely return.
