Stayed for 3 nights at INK hotel M Gallery by Accor. Upon entering the lobby we were greeted and assisted by Rob, a super friendly and Informative hotelier. He made us truly feel like home, and indeed a perfect story writer.po Thank you Rob for preparing our arrival and room. The property itself located in fantastic location from Amsterdam Centraal station, great amenities. I’ve never been to a hotel where the mini bar offerings are so exceptional. Service is far beyond anywhere I’ve stayed in Europe. Definitely will come back to INK hotel. As an Accor member I’d love to recommend this hotel for both leisure and business as it is really near to all transportation means.

We were so happy to upgrade to a Deluxe Suite and everything was just perfect. No complaints whatsoever. The hotel is a gem, a true luxury boutique hotel. From check-in (smooth, friendly) to arriving in our suite (gorgeous and such attention to detail), to buffet breakfast each morning (must do, such a great diverse assortment of breakfast options and delightful chef). This is the hotel to stay at, and we will come back. My husband and I were both so impressed and commented that this is our only hotel of choice in Amsterdam.

Nice hotel with cozy design. Rooms are bit small (despite it was deluxe room) but considering European countries it was ok. Staff - very helpful and polite. Few issues and all sorted out immediately Breakfast -superb. Tasty and various choices. Restaurant is nice Location - Very good. 3 mins from Dam and Central. Price - may be a bit high. may be :) ACCOR - they could not make upgrade as suites as they told me were not available. But welcome drink and amenity all were good

the reception staff at check in is very friendly , courteous and helpfull,the location is on the quiet side of the city althought train track is in front of the hotel so taxis cant unload passenger , the room and separate toilet bathroom is spacious, clean, modern, a bathtub is a plus point, 2elevator, comfortable king size bed and pillow, highly recommendable

Terrific quirky hotel with great location and great service

From the moment you enter this hotel you feel the service. We were there for 5 nights and every time we walked in and out of the hotel past the front desk there was always a cheery acknowledgment and a smile. Our room was a decent size and a little quirky and different in design, we loved it. Breakfast wasn’t included for us but we went a couple of times, we loved the selection and once again, the service was excellent. My only comment was that it is an open kitchen and we did hear a staff member complaining about a colleague, which we didn’t need to hear. Open kitchens are open kitchens and noise travels. As has been said, the location is excellent and it was so easy to get around and see the attractions by walking, the train station is also within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues visiting Amsterdam. Just as a general comment and not related to the Hotel, we were in Amsterdam at the end of September and it was still very busy and crowded in a lot of the most popular areas. Just a small recommendation, we are early risers (not super early) and it was absolutely beautiful to get out and walk around for a few hours before 11am when it starts to get busy. You get quite a different perspective. I have found the same experience in many of the very popular European cities.
