Dear Tetsuo, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location near Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station. However, we are sorry to learn that the cleanliness of your room did not meet your expectations. Please note that, as part of our sustainability program, complimentary bottled water is provided only on the day of arrival. However, if you require additional tea, coffee, or other in-room amenities during your stay, our Front Office team is available 24/7 and will be happy to assist you.
