Best location near to mtr station & shopping mall. The staff is very friendly too from the receptionist, concierge, & room cleaning staff. And especially for the concierge staff because i forgot my wife phone at the taxi when im on the airport and their call me to say if the taxi driver is gonna back to airport

As always, staff is very helping at check in. Give me my welcome drinks, I needed to have a slight longer stay all sorted. Very well mannered. I had two parcels delivered to the concerige and all received messages and notes under the door. No peoblem. Of course you have one and only Sonny who greets me by name and makes me feel like home.

这是我们第一次作为白金会员入住pullman酒店，地理位置很好，门童、餐厅经理、前台接待、房间打扫和酒廊服务人员非常有礼貌、非常贴心，酒店整体非常干净，餐厅环境也非常不错。早餐酒廊的牛肉汉堡给我们留下了非常深刻的印象。我们非常喜欢香港，希望以后还可以继续来港，然后入住pullman。

Excellent as always. Been staying here everytime i visit HK. Its like my home in hong kong. Sony, awatar and the doormen are excellent as well as the concierge team. Gary helped me with resto reservations and the other concierge. Will come back as usual

They treated the platinum member like me very well. The check-in process is fast. The room is clean. The breakfast is good. I love the executive lounge service very much. The staff , Neo, is very helpful and professional. He assisted me to arrange the hotel IT staff to solve my WiFi login problem. Very impressive ! Much appreciated.
