Dear Allen, Thank you for choosing to stay at our hotel and we truly value the continuous support you have given us. We treat our guests wholeheartedly and it is with sincere regret we read about the unpleasant experience in your recent stay. For the elevators and in-room facilities, please rest assured that the elevators will be checked regularly by our Engineering to ensure the elevators are in the best condition. Meanwhile the room is designed to make the best use of functionality and practicality of the room to create spaciousness and homey experiences for our guests, we have passed on your comments for review in the future. If you need to connect the TV through HDMI the next time, please feel free to contact us for assistance. We apologize the room assignment fell short of your expectations. Our team always try our best to accommodate room requests for room type like bedding, floor level, etc. upon availability. May I recommend you to join our membership program as room upgrade which is subject to availability is part of the benefits of Accor ALL Live Limitless members of Gold tier or above. Regarding the housekeeping service, the Executive Housekeeper has been informed about the situation that you encountered. She will review with the team and will make great efforts to not let this happen again. Besides, during the pandemic situation, special housekeeping service is arranged however if you need additional housekeeping service, please do not hesitate to contact us. You have mentioned the soundproofing of the room and our team has been aware of your comment. If the neighbouring guests are too loud, please feel free to ask the Front Office for assistance and we are happy to assist you to have a room change.
