Stay had positives & negatives. Novotel Khopoli is good only if you have planned Imagicaa trip since it seriously lacks options for traveller who are not interested in Imagicaa Theme Park. Pool was closed citing Covid reason however most 5 stars have opened their pool and it seemed everything as an inconvenience was attributed to pandemic. No activities for visitors (it was surprising since it was Christmas and new year time) and most of all kids games were chargeable. I felt rooms lacked adequate lightings. Cleanliness was excellent and so was the food. Breakfast & Buffet had good spread and taste. Novotel Khopoli should ensure that even without Imagicaa it attracts travellers by offering something for all age groups engagement.

Well below our expectation.had to wait over an hour and half for check in the rooms were not ready. Had with my family so had booked 2 deluxe rooms with balcony the purpose was to chill in the balcony but to our dismay it was a mess with bird poop and dust. Buffet was a mess with availability and no refill for longer period.

Any kind of feedback from my end would be an understatement for the service, care, compassion delivered by the entire staff as the experience was amazing. Of course, there are some names which I should mandatorily mention in this feedback. A big kudos for the managers Kajol, Mukesh, Badru,whose initiatives were class apart the restaurant staff Suman, Subhomoy, Kushal whose care and attention to detail was excellent. The housekeeping guys Manoj & Kishore whose aesthetic design capabilities are too good. Above all is the leader who leads such an awesome team the General Manager Mr. Anil Chavan. I would like to congratulate him for his exemplary leadership and building a superb client relationship culture in the hotel. Thank you so much

Good for small weekend break . Unfortunately swimming pool and imagica was closed due to covid guidelines. Also the approach roads are in bad shape but be that as itmay - its worth to spend quality time with family.
