Stay had positives & negatives. Novotel Khopoli is good only if you have planned Imagicaa trip since it seriously lacks options for traveller who are not interested in Imagicaa Theme Park. Pool was closed citing Covid reason however most 5 stars have opened their pool and it seemed everything as an inconvenience was attributed to pandemic. No activities for visitors (it was surprising since it was Christmas and new year time) and most of all kids games were chargeable. I felt rooms lacked adequate lightings. Cleanliness was excellent and so was the food. Breakfast & Buffet had good spread and taste. Novotel Khopoli should ensure that even without Imagicaa it attracts travellers by offering something for all age groups engagement.

Well below our expectation.had to wait over an hour and half for check in the rooms were not ready. Had with my family so had booked 2 deluxe rooms with balcony the purpose was to chill in the balcony but to our dismay it was a mess with bird poop and dust. Buffet was a mess with availability and no refill for longer period.

Any kind of feedback from my end would be an understatement for the service, care, compassion delivered by the entire staff as the experience was amazing. Of course, there are some names which I should mandatorily mention in this feedback. A big kudos for the managers Kajol, Mukesh, Badru,whose initiatives were class apart the restaurant staff Suman, Subhomoy, Kushal whose care and attention to detail was excellent. The housekeeping guys Manoj & Kishore whose aesthetic design capabilities are too good. Above all is the leader who leads such an awesome team the General Manager Mr. Anil Chavan. I would like to congratulate him for his exemplary leadership and building a superb client relationship culture in the hotel. Thank you so much

Good for small weekend break . Unfortunately swimming pool and imagica was closed due to covid guidelines. Also the approach roads are in bad shape but be that as itmay - its worth to spend quality time with family.

Very average and boring place

Take imagica out of equation, it is a very average property. Room wasn't clean. The sofa , seats and bed were extremely uncomfortable. Couldn't even sleep properly. Staff at bar and breakfast were the saver for the trip. The dinner and breakfast were especially amazing .

Its been a great experience to our family, as a weekend gateway. The food quality and service was excellent. During this time of COVID, shortage of manpower/ cost cutting has affected service quality in most of the hotel. However, the service quality at Novotel was perfect! Can improve and update the non-functioning equipment at Gym.

Substandard for a 5 Star property

I had done a online check-in and it said my keys will be ready when I reach the property. Alas! what if this could be true. When I reached there with my 7 tear old, the desk agent again started the process and had to wait for an hour and half to be checked in. The room as I entered was heavy with stench as if unaired and I immediately call reception. They send room service who accepts the issue and says he will escalate. I get a call from the room service escalation asking me to speak to reception, which I had already done and when he could not connect he promised me a call back. I did not receive any call back for half an hour and I go down to reception and inform Mr. Ibad, ho claims to be the duty manager and he assures me it will be taken care of. When nothing happens I write to the Accor group complaint line and get an email stating they have informed the GM at the property who will look into the matter. Again nada. I decide to check out the next day. And all this to an Accor group member.. The 1 star is for the food and the service in the restaurant which was to standard.

I went with my family and both the parents. The place is neat and clean, overall hygiene standards are good, the service staffs has attributes and attitude towards the hospitality standard, the kitchen staffs are also courteous specially the chef Sahu, and Ofcourse Suman from the service team, the food is really good specially the breakfast buffet which actually made our stay worth.

Amazing getaway for family

We had a great weekend at Novotel. It is specifically a good place for family with kids. Due to pandemic though some activities were closed, they had loads of things for kids. The breakfast spread was good but both the restaurants were packed. Some steps to be taken to avoid this. The deluxe room with king bed and sofa cum bed was very comfortable for family of 3. One suggestion to add some more vegetarian dishes in the menu

Good Hospitality, good rooms, good staff, good food. Every thing is good. I frequently travel to this place and stay in Novotel. Without fail best hotel in the area. Most recommended. Only road conditions need to be improved.

Decent place for weekend stay options at Khopoli Monsoons

Overall a decent hotel for a weekend stay and enjoy the nearby waterfalls in the monsoon seasons at Khopoli. Few positive things to note: 1. Family room was big enough for a couple and 2 kids with 2 queen beds for comfortable night. 2. Room facing the Imagica is good scenic. 3. Car parking was provided without any hassles. 4. Room service although was slow but was good. 5. Food quality was good both in room as well as buffet. Few things to improvise: 1. Road leading to hotel in very poor condition. 2. No security was observed at hotel gate. 3. Few things were missing in room like cutlery, basic toiletry, towels ...... all had to be requested for delivered to the room ----- same were provided on request but I guess it should be kept in room to avoid the hassle of calling the room service. 4. Rooms were not that clean to the standards of 4/5 star hotels I have visited over other regions. 5. Restaurant staff lacked operational training to the 4/5 star hotel standards. 6. No discounts were offered for the ala-carte or buffet dinning at restaurants even being a member.

Nice hotel ambience and nature. Presentation is good. Special thanks to Miss. Kajol who made it memorable. Food quality all is great. We were upgraded to executive room with bath tub which was spacious and comfortable room. We had memorable stay at Novotel Imagica Khopoli. All the staff are co-oprative and helpful.

Good experience as always except the room quality

Food was out of this world! Great job done by the kitchen staff. Room was not up to the mark this time, bathroom lock not working, the bathroom blinds were in the outside which could easily be lifted or moved. Television was screen was of bad quality.

The call services pertaining to guest services and in room dining needs to be improved. Multiple calls to these services went unanswered. Also there seemed to be a shortage of crew members during the morning breakfast. Overall the quality of food was very good and indeed it was delicious.

Not a good place for relaxation

I have stayed in this property in past also and both the time my experience was not good. It is very busy & noisy place. On Sunday morning 8AM we got up with the loud music of band being played in the garden are of the hotel, room was not a soundproof. Staff at the bar counter was not at all courteous specially the one who took the order of my birthday cake which did not come, finally we took it with us at the time of checkout.

1) Approach road is very bad 2) No signboards or direction to reach the property to connect from the expressway.I missed and went ahead 2 km 3) the check-in time.and checkout time is very inconvinient for Family trip,specially if you are on a one day trip The good part 1) Very good checkin experience . 2) Staff very cooperative both service.as well as reatuarant 3) Food options and bar options are very good.Timing can be improved for bar

I will not recommend this property for family. This is not upto the standard of Accor properties I seen so far in other area. They do Not have qualified staff. Rooms are not properly cleaned. They mess up the order of my son birthday and later on lot of apology for the mess up. Not at all recommended for this COVID time

Good Job by Kajol and team at the reception keeping us constantly updated on the changes, and also had a smooth checkout process. Good Job By Badru and team at the Restaurant and room service, on time and good served was always fresh. Badru and Suku gave us the best Valintines day celebration set up at the pool side. Really thankful to them. Good Service by Raj and the laundry team for on time clothes pick up and delivery, clothes were always in good condition when received. God Job by Lalith and Activities team on the lobby level, always energetic and encouraging us to join in indoor sports and painting. Good Job by Sandip at the travel desk helping us with the car for local tours to Imagika and Lonavala. All in all awesome service by Novotel Khopoli staff. Being a Gold Member in Accord was a privilege to see the same treatment which I get from Accor hotels in Australia.
