Had an excellent stay at Novotel Mumbai International Airport. It was the first time I stayed there. From check in to check out - perfect stay, comfortable room, excellent customer service provided, especially by Dev (Waiter), Chef Vaibhav, Bartender Shreyash, Samir from Housekeeping as well as Murari from Front Desk. Your staff made a difference throughout my stay. Breakfast and Dinner was great with plenty of choices both veg/non-veg. Gym is well equipped. Very much enjoyed my stay and will be back soon. Thank you.

Whenever I go to Mumbai, they always insist I stay at Novotel, even though I've told the company multiple times that it's not worth the money. The service here is no longer like it was ten years ago; it's much worse now. Recently, I booked an airport transfer, and when I arrived in Mumbai nearly at 10 PM, the staff told me they couldn't find my reservation and asked me to wait. How is it possible that there was no record of my booking when I had the confirmation? Even in the booking confirmation, the reservation was clearly listed. Such simple issues, and Novotel can't even handle them properly. My first impression was already poor, especially after a 4-hour flight arriving late at night. I had to stand and wait for the driver, even though I had booked in advance. We pay a premium for good service, but what we get is poor service instead. Eventually, they decided not to charge me for the transfer, but I don’t want something for free; I want quality service. Do you understand?
