Room condition was not satisfactory, bathroom door won’t close until you push hard, jet spray won’t work / room service ordered avocado toast and some time later it was told not available then ordered super food salad with dressing on side which never arrive and they try to compensate by giving free sandwich- receptionist doesn’t care how you feel or treated , finally Mr Arbaz Ansari called to understand the issue and i provided all details/ hopefully they can resolve

Clean and comfortable hotel with helpful staff and a convenient location. Thanks to pratima and the team Rooms are small but functional. Good option for a short business stay or overnight visit.
