Hotel was gracious enough to upgrade our 2 rooms to a family suite. Lovely stay with beautiful views during rainy season. My kid loved the swimming pool and play area. It was my mom’s birthday and she loved the spa experience at the hotel. Thank you and shall surely visit again. 😊

Great house keeping team and experience

We had visited the hotel for a wedding and the house keeping staff here is extremely polite and humble. They helped us with very small thing To our bad luck we had forgotten a diamond ring and realised after 3 days. On calling the hotel the house keeping staff head Sahil yelve mentioned he had found one ring and upon showing the proof and mailing all required things the ring was handed over to us. You don’t meet such courteous staff and honest people Thank you so much to the entire team

Great service , specially by front desk and housekeeping. The property is comparatively older in terms of infrastructure, but situated in good location, have great experience if combined with Imagica pass available for booking inside the property itself. Overall great experience

Do not waste your money

Disappointed with the service, the quality of food and room for the price we paid.It was overly crowded and the staff had absolutely no idea how to deal with it. The menu was similar for lunch and dinner buffet and desserts were the very same -cakes which they picked up and put it back again in the night time. Had to wait more than 45mins for our order and that too we went with kids. Recreational activities are limited and rooms are overused and stinky, bathrooms-don’t ask! Be ready to face rude staff most of the times Not at all worth going so far
