We booked a 2-bedroom unit which was perfect for our family. Novotel Hanoi Team was extremely helpful, everyone was very nice and accommodating. Their Manager Mr Viktor even helped us find an affordable and convenient city tour. We will definitely stay back here whenever we are in Hanoi.

Our family had a most wonderful stay at the Novotel Suites in Hanoi. Our room was spacious, elegant, and restful. The hotel staff was accommodating, offers excellent advice and most helpful. But among the well-trained and friendly personnel, I would have to give appropriate credit and my deepest appreciation to Mr. Victor Thang whose service and concern for guests goes beyond excellent. We were treated like family members. Thank you very much, Victor! Our lovely memories of Vietnam will always include you. Maraming salamat!

My stay at Novotel Suites Hanoi was an incredible experience that blended modern comfort with exceptional service. Located in a vibrant area of Hanoi, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat while being close to key attractions. The suite was spacious, stylishly designed, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, including a cozy bed, a well-stocked kitchenette, and a beautiful bathroom with a rain shower. The highlight of the trip was the rooftop bar, where I enjoyed breathtaking views of the city skyline while sipping on expertly crafted cocktails. The breakfast buffet was a feast, offering a variety of Vietnamese and international dishes that catered to every palate. The staff were attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. I also appreciated the hotel’s fitness center, which was well-equipped and perfect for maintaining my workout routine. For families or business travelers, the hotel’s facilities, including the kid’s play area and meeting rooms, were thoughtfully designed. Whether it was the seamless check-in process or the small gestures like personalized welcome notes, every detail reflected their commitment to hospitality. My stay at Novotel Suites Hanoi was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning.

The staff are great, they were all friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its great selections. The offerings for other meals were lacking, it was difficult to know what restaurant was open, would arrive to learn various restaurants were closed when we got there and the food was not up to expectations. The special buffet dinner was ok, one meal we ordered beef and potato dish that had no potatoes and green beans and garlic that had no garlic. The area around the hotel is on wheelchair accessible so either had to eat in hotel or get takeout. The handicap accessible room had grab bars and a walk in shower but no shower seat and I was told they didn’t have one. There are steps to enter the hotel with a ramp that is too steep to be considered wheelchair accessible. It took 2 men to get the wheelchair up the ramp. Victor Vu was very helpful arranging transportation and tours some required being lifted into a boat or up stairs to the theatre but they were informed ahead of time of a wheelchair chair and staff willingly assisted.
