Very good hotel. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the pool. The staff were very helpful. In a good location but a bit far from the old quarters. Nice roof top restaurants with city view. Good value for your money. Recommend!!

Thu is like family. She has made my stay, since August 9, 2024 relaxing, comfortable and fun. I am in Hanoi for work and when I get done working, I look forward to going home to the Novotel because Thu helps make sure I have everything I need. I would not want to stay anywhere else!

I had a great experience at this hotel. Right from the moment of check-in, the receptionist welcomed me very warmly and supported quickly. The room is clean, tidy, fully equipped and carefully cleaned every day. What impressed me the most was the food service. The menu is diverse from Asian to European dishes, fresh ingredients and delicately prepared. A rich buffet breakfast with many choices, especially cakes and fruits that are always fresh. Restaurant staff are always friendly, ready to serve and pay attention to every little detail. Overall, this is the place I will come back to if I have the opportunity, not only because of the comfortable room but also because of the excellent food service.

I would like to say thank you to employee Quynh. I was returning to the hotel and she offered me a glass of water. I’m very touched that she took time out of her busy duty to be kind and noticed that I was a bit tired and offer me some water. Thank you to the management for hiring a good hearted employee.

I am staying at this hotel on extended company business. Novotel Suites Hanoi is an absolute lovely hotel. My experience started on day one, when the hotel manager Mr. Thuy and his staff welcomed us upon our arrival. What makes this a truly enjoyable experience (still) is the entire Novotel Suites Hanoi team. They are ALL friendly, gracious, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Anytime we need anything, the staff does not hesitate to assist us in anyway possible, which of course is always greatly appreciated. Not sure why my company chose this particular hotel, but I am truly grateful they did. Without hesitation, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and in need of accommodations.
