First of all, I would like to say that the hotel is nice and clean and the service was good. The hotel is close to BTS train so it helped a lot. There crew was very nice. I asked to check out late they gave me a couple of hours more no charged One guy that I would like to mention specifically his name is POP He try to help me in any question that I had in a polite way, and very professional lucky that they have employee like that
