位置可以，但给的房间挨着轻轨和大马路，很吵，房间有蟑螂，门锁有损坏后修复的痕迹，住了两晚都是开灯睡觉，实在睡不踏实申请提前退房，转加床去住同事房间，但酒店不同意，说本单是不允许取消的订单，可是我都已经住了两晚了啊，而且是第三天早上就申请的，且也给前台看了房间台面有蟑螂的视频，怎么沟通都不肯，有点无语

预订部和前台管理混乱，前台查询不到艺龙预订信息故此拒绝办理退款和入住，前台经理服务更差，歧视中国人！房间被褥很脏，比国内7天酒店都不如，楼道有吸大麻，特别难闻，唯一优点就是楼下有7-11，步行离地铁700米左右。

My stay here was nice and convenient. The hotel is located very close to the BTS station, and also close to a convenience store and a 7 Eleven. The breakfast buffet was good and had tons of options. There was even a cooking station if you wanted an omelette or fresh hot noodle soup. Also, my housekeeper Nong did a great job and was really nice.

a stylish hotel in walking distance to BTS Station Phra Khanong which allows easy transport within BKK, good breakfast menue with a lot of choices, friendly and helpful staff, offers a rooftop bar area which allows a nice view of the city, also an inhouse bar and restaurant

房間不大但乾淨，離BTS走路約8分鐘，算方便，但晚上偏暗，頂樓酒吧一直沒開也沒公告，無法去頂樓喝酒看夜景有人點可惜！
