Convenient Location, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement

Ibis Ibirapuera is conveniently located, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping malls, making it a great choice for those who want to explore the area. The room itself meets the standard expectations of the Ibis brand—simple but functional and comfortable for a short stay. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower box was full of hair, which was quite unpleasant and indicated a lack of attention to detail from the cleaning staff. While the rest of the room was acceptable, this issue left a negative impression on my stay. Overall, the location and affordability make it a practical option, but cleanliness needs improvement.

Never again at an Ibis, definitely not this one

The first ever hotel across all countries, all cities where they said they do not provide a small water bottle as complimentary in the room ; given this, I am not surprised there is no toiletries, no common shoe polishing machines which usually hotels have. Even for Ibis this is the first (which I stopped stayed at since past 7 years). Apart from this, they do not provide iron box in room, it is in a common area with iron box chained (as if the guests would become thieves for their treasured iron box). Even beyond my apprehensions, I stayed here because it was close to my office but regretted my decision. I would given negative stars if allowed, and if at all something deserves this one star, it goes to their staff. And they charged close to USD120 per night. RIDICULOUS

At Ibis, we aim to provide a high level of service to each of our customers, so your feedback is very important to us. We follow the brand's standards such as: out of stock minibar, ironing room in the corridors and a towel model. The parking does not belong to the hotel, it is managed by another company, we are within a condominium and for this reason we do not have management over the values applied. Once again, we appreciate your comments and hope to regain your trust during your next stay.
