As for the location, we’re proudly situated in São Paulo’s prime business district, offering convenience and proximity for those traveling on work-related matters. We made every possible effort to locate your earrings, but unfortunately, they were not found. Please note that the accusation you made is serious, and we have complete confidence in our team. During our conversation, we also explained that, due to our hotel being at full occupancy, no one was allowed to enter the room you previously had occupied without proper authorization.
