可惜定的晚只剩一楼房间,住了十三天只给了两瓶水。打扫很积极。主要是位置好。早餐有一道中餐希望更多热乎的。

Positives: The location is perfect. The gym is great. Good wine selection. Negatives: Checkin isnt available till 3pm. The rooms are dated and in need of maintenance: black mold in the bathroom, outlet hanging from the wall, international plug is not functional, ac doesnt provide heated air, only cold.

优点:整体基本满意,公共区域装修现代时尚,工作人员热情有礼。提前到达等候期间前台赠送了一份早餐,有手写欢迎卡片甚至还有两个汉字。早餐选择很多很丰盛。 缺点:但白金会员没有房间升级,延迟退房需要退房当天早上确认,这个体验不好,不便于住客提前安排计划收拾行李。房间家具等设施有些年头了,但还算干净。最大的问题是:第一晚用完的浴缸,保洁人员竟然没有放水,难道是觉得我第二天准备继续用旧水泡凉的吗。

Not good, no hot water and very poor housekeeping

The hotel in itself is average but well located. The problem is no hot water in the shower and housekeeping. Yes… no hot water.. I wouldn’t even call luke warm what they have… then, it seems housekeeping only goes by once and if at that moment you are there, you ran out of luck because they won’t try again and if you are like me, who gets back late, you will find yourself too tired to call them at that moment to go to the room. That means, not just the bed being undone, but garbage not thrown away and bathroom products not refilled. The first morning they actually did do my room but they missed refilling toilet paper and body wash. They don’t have body cream, or at least I didn’t get any even after requesting it and don’t expect for them to leave you another shower cap… it better not break through out the stay. Will avoid staying there
