Great hotel, makes up for the lack of a pool with interesting events and great music in the lobby. The breakfast is really good and the best part is the bar. All the bartenders are friendly Aline, Fauter, Davi, and Pedro will take good care of you and are excellent at their craft. Great location, big rooms and amazing staff. Fabio and Felipe were extremely helpful, together with Virginia and every single staff employed in the hotel. Will come back. The breakfast has loads of variety and is very tasty. The only thing is that the gym is quite small. But you have rebook or smart fit gyms nearby.

Wanessa in the lobby bar was super friendly with a contagious smile and super helpful when I wanted a simple drink quickly - a simple soda was delivered quickly and I had no delay in paying when I wanted to leave quickly. She was also patient with my Spanish and no Portuguese. Great help!

Great position, great staff. Breakfast is good and with good quality. Food is really great in Brazil. Rooms are really comfortable. We also had meetings in meeting room and service was pretty good. The room is well equipped and everything was working well.
