For a four star hotel the rooms are in dire need of a refurbishment, very dated and dark, bathrooms are very small. Housekeeping comes in to clean every other day which to be honest is unacceptable. The main lobby and bar area are nice . Breakfast is good, quite a lot of variety to choose from. Location is good.

Nothing to complain about the room but I’m really disappointed with the staff. I arrived late for breakfast because I awoke late, I asked if I could have some coffee, a lady said I could have it. Then I took a coffee and a pastry and the staff interrupted me repeating that breakfast time was over… they could me let me finish in few minutes but they were unreasonable ant totally unfair to me. In my opinion unacceptable behaving and enough to don’t recommend this place.

How to begin. Big hotel with no customer service and with an attitude. Room not cleaned only every other day and if one want to have it cleaned, they charge 20 euros. Didn't use the parking but looks expensive. Also, if you want to use extra facilities such as the pool, it's another charge. The hotel is needed of serious renovation. Carpet in hallways have seen better days and the smell is quite bad. The room are spacious but the tired furniture and bathroom are not helping. Of course, the carpet in the room is filfith so wear shoes. The only positive point is the breakfast. It's good. If I would come back to Wiesbaden, I shall stay somewhere else. Nickels and dimes in this place.

Our cleaning service every two days is part of our environmental program to conserve resources. The prices of our underground parking garage are based on the surrounding parking facilities in downtown Wiesbaden. Are you already a member of the Accor Hotels loyalty program "All"? As an All member, you enjoy various benefits, including a reduced daily rate for using the underground parking at our hotel. Simply speak to our staff about it during your next stay! We are aware of the current condition of some rooms and bathrooms. Following the successful renovation of our ground floor in 2018, with a total investment of around €7.5 million, we had planned to renovate the rooms in 2020. Due to the pandemic, the renovation has unfortunately been postponed. Currently, we are in discussions with construction firms to start the room renovation next year. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small, but clean and the location is perfect for visiting the Wiesbaden Christmas Market. The only drawback is the TV that does not seem to work consistently

Great Location but Decent Hotel Overall

Located right by Market Plaza; Close to everything; especially Kurs Park which is like NY Central Park. The hotel has a policy of every other day for housekeeping but you could request everyday as needed. The hotel is a bit dated. The bathroom is small and poor designed. The bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo) are low quality. Please bring your own. Towels are worn out. The restaurant is good. Breakfast is tasty but very limited options. Staff are super friendly. Housekeeping is bad. I had a trash bag that they didn't collect for days. Shampoo, body wash are running out but never got replaced. This was before I decided to get my own since their products made my skin dry and itchy. They forgot to replenish water or the minibar as required for Privilege Room.
