Although it was an overall positive stay, especially due to the friendliness, helpfulness, and hospitality of the staff, which is undoubtedly the great added value of this hotel. Just like the team, who are spectacular, from Sandrine at breakfast and the bar, to the security guards and receptionists... They are a spectacular team, and I felt that they work with pleasure, and that's fantastic. The Novotel boasts a fantastic and imposing exterior, immediately conveying a sense of quality. The bar area is equally pleasant, modern, and well-maintained, making it an inviting space to relax. However, the cleanliness and maintenance standards of the rooms and some common areas do not meet the expected level of a 4-star hotel, falling short of European standards. With improvements in these areas, the hotel would have all the conditions to offer an experience truly befitting its category. In my opinion, staying in a hotel is like being on vacation: you don't have to do the housework, but you enjoy better or the same comfort and amenities, which is never inferior. The hotel also has a privileged location and an exceptional staff. With effective improvements in the cleaning and maintenance of the facilities, it has all the potential to truly establish itself as a 4-star hotel.

We had a gret stay at the novotel mohammedia. The receptionnist was very helpful and smily. The brekfat if good. The room was very clean with the best view ever. We will come back for sure but this time will be with my family. Thanks to all the staff

Our stay was excellent. Our original room was fine, but because we were unwell we requested a upgrade & were given an amazing room with a sea view room with a spectacular view of thousands of birds coming in to roost in the palm trees every evening. The staff were amazing, Usara, Badr, and Esma made our stay something that we will never forget. The ladies managing breakfast were friendly, welcoming & were kind enough to ignore our rather excessive consumption of cakes :)
