The personal are extremely welcoming and helpful, the facility is nice and clean and the food is pretty good. The not so great features are: The beds are horribly hard!! It's almost softer to lie on a rock! The Wi-Fi is almost non-existing, and several times have the room service order been "forgotten".

As a frequent guest at NOVOTEL Mohammadia, i continue to be impressed by their consistently excellent service. Special recognition goes to ASMAE , whose exceptional attention to detail and warm hospitality make every stay memorable. Her personalized service and genuine care for guests exemplify the best of customer service. ASMAE always remembers my preferences and goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort. It's dedicated team members like her that keep me coming back to NOVOTEL Mohammadia time after time.

the hotel is perfectly located whether your here for business or pleasure. It has a parking garage and plenty of local parking available. I have to start with the Hotel room condition, its not the best and could do with some attention, but it is clean and safe. the staff are the selling point of this hotel, ALL the staff are so friendly and help with anything you need, they go the extra mile no matter what you ask, local restaurant recommendations, no problem, local attractions, no problem. Breakfast is great, very authentic and fresh every morning, a great start to the day. the restaurant in the evenings is pleasant and the menu fits all. I again have to mention the staff, really friendly, the lady running the breakfast room is always happy smiling no matter how busy the room is, I was lucky enough to bump into the client hospitality manager (Nadira) who was genuinely interested how my stay was and if i had any suggestions or requests for my stay (i live in hotels professionally 75% of the year) i did mention a couple of things and sure enough the next day i saw the changes, now that's real customer service. the only down point for me are the rooms, very tired and in need of restoration, they are perfectly cleaned and the room cleaning staff do pay attention to detail, but the décor is dated, stained and worn out. the beds are great, extremely comfy and the linen is always crisp and fresh. everything is close the the hotel, a lovely park surrounded by bustling cafes, a beach, restaurants and the local markets. a nice restaurant menu, freshly prepared and authentic. the breakfast is a great selection, the bar sells both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks although the prices for alcoholic drinks are at a premium.

I hade a realy a mazen time at the novotel mohamadia. The room was clean with a great view to the sea. The breakfast was good. The staff are helpful from the security to the house keeper. We spent a good time at the spa. We will be back for sure . Thank you for the hospitality.

I made a reservation with 2 rooms but they told me that there was a mistake and i can get only one room. Me,my wife and 3 kids had to spend a night in one room. It was a nightmare The next day they realised the mistake they did on their part and gave me the second room but the bad attitude and arrogance got even worse. I'm still in the hotel and many bad things happened mainly because of a staff manager whome name and other details will be uncovered when i check out. To be continued...
