All hotel staff are very helpful, warm and solution oriented. I would like to particularly thank the chef de concierge Monsieur Hassan Zouhdy for all the efforts he put into getting back my luggage that was lost by the airline. His help was immense. A million thanks again!

wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Casablanca and felt compelled to share my experience, as the staff truly made it memorable. Front Desk: From the moment I arrived, the reception team was welcoming and professional. They made the check-in process smooth and were always available to assist with a smile. Special Recognition for Maroua: I want to give a massive thank you to Maroua at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful with every question I had and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is a real asset to the hotel. Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen staff deserves high praise for the delicious meals. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of high-quality options that started my days off perfectly. Room Cleaners: My room was kept in pristine condition thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. They were professional and ensured every detail was taken care of daily. Spa & Wellness: I also had a fantastic experience at the spa. A special thank you to the girl who provided my massage; it was exceptionally relaxing and professional. The combination of the hotel’s great central location and this level of personalized service made for a perfect visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca and will definitely be back!

Good 1 night stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and rooms were a good size. I thought the cleaning could have a bit better and the in room dining food was average at best . Good location.

Sara in the restaurant was amazing ! friendly and really good service i highly recommend the 16floor and also the hotel is great i had a blast at Movenpick and also casablanca its a wonderful city
