Review of Ibis City Center Rabat The hotel’s central location is its only standout feature, making it convenient for navigating Rabat. However, the rest of the experience was underwhelming. The room lacked basic amenities like bottled water and toiletries, and requests to the reception were met with the unhelpful response, “We don’t provide that.” Additionally, the staff at both the reception and the restaurant were not friendly, rarely smiling or greeting guests—something crucial in the hospitality industry. While the location is great, I’ll consider trying other hotels next time for a better overall experience.

Centrally located near the Medina and within an easy walking distance from the Hassan mosque. Polite receptionists who could speak well in English. Clean, modern room with nice bathroom and good sound insulation. Simple and good breakfast buffet. I only wished to have gotten more help from the hotel staff to get taxis to attractions, train station, etc. The taxi drivers outside the hotel were always glad to offer a ride, albeit at extortionate prices.

Ibis Casablanca City center is a Nice hotel, very professional front office employees and restaurant . Breakfast is very good. Good location next to train station.

Clean room as expected from Ibis. Breakfast spread was very good, more than I expected as per the price. Staff were friendly and spoke good english and french. Had no issues for check in or checking out. Location is very good - walking distance from Casa Port train station and CTM FAR bus terminus (if you don’t have a big suitcase). Many good restaurants nearby and close to the central marketplace which is a must visit in Casablanca.
