This was a nice place to stay! The rooms was very comfortable! We had stellar service as soon as we got out of the car. They parked the car (for a fee) and gave us flavored water and showed us our room. The hotel is close to all the things in the old town anyone would be interested in seeing. We did that for a couple of hours and walked back to the hotel for some amazing crafted cocktails! We had crepes with the drinks and they were simply delish! I highly recommend staying at this fine establishment!

Old hotel remodeled with a lot of taste. Excellent service and personnel. This should be a 5 star, but i was very displeased with their gym. Apparently, this is a perpetual problem in France even in the best of hotels. The place is, otherwise without reproach.

This trip was totally spoilt when checking out. We requested a taxi to the railway station as we had an early morning train. A car turned up with the driver wearing a jacket with taxi written on it and was organised by the hotel. When we arrived at the railway station which is less than 1.5km from the hotel, we were absolutely flawed to be charged €20 for the journey. We questioned the price and were told this is the fixed cost and this was confirmed by the hotel when I called. We checked the cost of a taxi with a metre and it should have been less than €10 so be wary! To say we were disappointed to be ripped off like this would be an understatement as this was a nice hotel.

However, we would like to clarify that the taxi rates are not set by our hotel. The 20€ fare you mentioned is a fixed price determined by the taxi company for this particular journey. We understand this may have been surprising, especially if you were expecting a different fare. This fixed rate applies regardless of the taxi service used and is set by the taxi companies themselves to ensure price transparency. Very peaceful and stylish hotel in a fabulous location in Arles . The staff were excellent and everything was wonderful . The room we had was spacious and the staff sorted out a problem we had with our booking with Booking.com very fairly and swiftly . Pool a delight and breakfast amazing .

Cannot recommend this hotel- it is perhaps 3 stars

I travel very frequently and stay at a wide-range of hotels, including many 5 star hotels, which Hôtel & Spa Jules César Arles claims to be but surely is not. We were very disappointed with our deluxe room. It was small, cramped, and the window was minuscule. There were very limited toiletries (e.g., no hair conditioner) and the regrigerator did not work, no water. Management was not responsive. You can do much better elsewhere! Be aware!

Dear Sir, Madam, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback after your stay at Jules Cesar hotel. To have 5 star in France, the average size of the rooms has to be 24m², our smallest Deluxe room is 28m². It is our pleasure to give hair conditioner on request for free. It is not a refregirator in our rooms but a minibar where you can find 2 free bottles of water and 2 free fruits juices.
