Dear Lorena, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry for the disturbance caused by the noise from other guests during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been, and we deeply regret that this affected your time with us. While we did offer you an alternative room, we are constrained by the hotel's occupancy levels and, unfortunately, cannot always guarantee the same room category for a relocation. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We also regret the delays in processing your compensation and the lack of internal communication regarding your case.
