lovely hotel friendly staff very clean we stayed for 2 nights enjoyed our stay nothing bad to say about it it is slightly far from the effiel tower ect but the metro and Ubers r only a short ride away would stay again even have a cafe inside which was only 12 euro for the full buffet loads of cafes and shops around the area

This is a repeat of an email sent to the Accor site address on 21st July to which I have received no response: We were informed on checking in on Friday 11th July that the air conditioning on all floors except the ground was not working, but that it would be fixed over the weekend.. No alternative option was offered, e.g. a standalone fan. When I enquired about a fan the following morning, I was told that there were none available, and that we would have to wait for someone who had been provided with one to check out, which would be late morning. Since we had come to visit family and to see Paris, not to spend half the day sitting in the lobby waiting for someone with a fan to check out, we were unable to take advantage of this generous offer. The a/c remained down for our entire stay. On checking out, I enquired about the hotel's policy on compensation for the lack of availibility of advertised facilities. I was told that we would be re-imbursed 20% of our bill and that that this would be done later that day, Tuesday 15th July. Today is 23rd July and I still have received no response to the above feedback. There are no contact details for the hotel, so I am using this request for rating to express my disappointment and annoyance at the continued lack of response and to request yoiur urgent attention.

Air con and elevators out of order during historic heat wave

When I arrived at check-in time, the air con was out of order during a 40 degree celsius heat wave. I was given a room on the top floor (6) and had to work, but it was unbearably hot so I had to leave the hotel and find somewhere else to sit and work. Staff told me they were working on a fix. Only compensation offered was a lukewarm half litre of bottled water. When I returned in the evening, the air con was still broken - and now all three elevators were out of order too, so I had a nice bit of evening exercise on the stairs in the heat. Tragicomic service.

We stayed here for 4 nights. When we arrived we were told the air conditioning was broken and they had no idea qhen it would be fixed. We went up to our room on 6th floor. The heat was awful. Our room was tiny but clean and adequate . We did not intend to spend a lot of time there.It was midnight when we arrived and our tiredness helped us get to sleep. On night 3 we asked for a fan which was given to us this helped a lot but as the room was tiny if was hard to work out where to put it. We did not have breakfast booked so can't comment on it. If the air conditioning had been working we would have scored the hotel higher.

Avoid this place if possible

I just arrived at this place and the first thing I was told when getting in, is that the AC is broken. The weather is close to 30C and the Room and whole floor has air that is really unpleasent to breathe. I was specifically told that the staff has no idea when the AC will be fixed. The rooms are small and old. Sadly I can only recommend to avoid this Place.
