호텔은 오래되고 공사장 옆이지만, 훌륭한 직원 덕분에 기분 좋은 숙박을 할 수 있었음.

좋은 위치에서 숙박을 해서 시드내 여행이 편안 했습니다. 하지만 앞에 공사로 인해 호텔에서의 뷰는 좋지 않았습니다.

더운 여름. 에어컨은 고장나고, 다음 날 고쳐준다며 선풍기 주고감. 당연히 다음 날은 연락도 없고, 리셉션에 전달도 안됨. 한참 걸려 바꿔준 방은 훨씬 낡고 좁은 방으로 변경됨. 더운 날 에어컨도 없이 하룻밤을 보내고, 방 교체하고 옮기느라 반나절이 날라감.

전체적으로 불만족. 뷰는 공사장으로 막혀있고 (달링하버뷰라고 말하기 조금 애매함. 절반정도?), 일관되지 않은 어메니티 제공. 인원수만큼 제공되지 않은 수건, 슬리퍼, 칫솔 모두 하나하나 다시 달라고 요청해야했으며, 결국 룸서비스 요청한 사항은 반영되지도 않음. 로비에서 일하는 직원도 친절하지 않음.

창문 열리지도 않고 방이 답답해요. 침대 매트리스 컨디션도 안좋고 베게는 어디서 이런 베게를 구한건지ㅜㅜ
