더운 여름. 에어컨은 고장나고, 다음 날 고쳐준다며 선풍기 주고감.
당연히 다음 날은 연락도 없고, 리셉션에 전달도 안됨. 한참 걸려 바꿔준 방은 훨씬 낡고 좁은 방으로 변경됨.
더운 날 에어컨도 없이 하룻밤을 보내고, 방 교체하고 옮기느라 반나절이 날라감.

전체적으로 불만족. 뷰는 공사장으로 막혀있고 (달링하버뷰라고 말하기 조금 애매함. 절반정도?), 일관되지 않은 어메니티 제공. 인원수만큼 제공되지 않은 수건, 슬리퍼, 칫솔 모두 하나하나 다시 달라고 요청해야했으며, 결국 룸서비스 요청한 사항은 반영되지도 않음. 로비에서 일하는 직원도 친절하지 않음.

2025년 11월 13~16, 16~17 숙박했습니다.
얼리체크인은 안됐고요
짐 맡기고 시드니 공원 산책하고 돌아오니 체크인 가능했습니다.
시설은 노후됐다고 많은 리뷰를 봐서 괜찮았습니다.
다만 첫날 저녁에 전기 콘센트가 잘 안되서 당혹스러웠는데 플러그를 끝까지 끼우는게 아닌 살짝 빼니까 전기가 통했습니다.
하버뷰 숙박했는데 앞에 다른 건물 공사중이라서 뷰는 기대할 것이 안됩니다.
3박 예약하고 시드니 일정이 하루 늘어나서 1박을 추가 예약했습니다.
리셉션에서 체크아웃 후 체크인 해야되는지 문의했고
당일에 룸키만 업데이트 하는것으로 해결해 주었습니다.
그리고 11월 14일 아내의 생일이라 아침에 케이크 사서 1층 카페에서 웰컴 드링크를 곁들여 생일파티를 했습니다.
카페의 여자분 직원께서 스스로 접시와 포크를 제공해 주었고, 라이터 까지 구해서 케이크에 촛불을 붙일 수 있었습니다. 이름을 알고 싶었는데 미처 생각을 못했습니다. 고맙습니다.
위치는 좋습니다.
안전하고 하버까지 나가는 통로가 어려운데 한번만 알아 놓으면 문제될 것은 없습니다.

4일숙박하는 동안 느낀점
1.청소를 해줄때 바닥은 항상 지저분했다.(종이부스러기 같은게 항상 그대로 였다)
2.테이블이런데 첫날갔을때도 먼지가 가득. 전화기 들었더니 먼지가 날려서 물티슈로 닦았다
3.물을 안줘서 전화로 몇번 받았고(원래 안주는데 요청했더니 특별히주겠다) 라는 말을 들었고
마지막 날에는 5달러주면 주겠다 라는 말을 들어서 결국 물 한병도 받지못했다
4.위치는 센트럴근체 호텔에 묵었던 것보다 교통이 확실히 불편했다. 근처에 월우스같은 슈퍼가 없고 편의점(비싼)만 있었다
5.교통이 불편한만큼(센트럴보다) 청소나 물을 제공하는 서비스가 특별히 좋지 않고 오히려 나빴다 그전에 묵었던 쉐라톤은 물을 항상 주었고 청소도 더 깨끗했다
6.세번째날인가 청소해달라고 몇번이나 말하고 갔는데 와서도 안되있어서 결국 서서 기다렸다 청소할동안

페리, 경전철, 버스, 공항과의 거리 모두 좋았어요, 단, 창밖의 풍경과 조식은 깜짝 놀랄만큼 별로였습니다. 이정도인줄 알았다면, 조식표함하여 지불하지 않았을거에요. 욕실이 많이 낡았지만, 다음에 다시 머무를 계획입니다.
