Rooftop, pool and bar were closed. Price too expensive under these conditions. A cat is living in the lobby and is coming to the tables during breakfast. (5 stars boutique hotel?) The room was excellent.

Beautiful sea view

The location is excellent. The sea view is beautiful from the executive suite. Otherwise, you fill like you are staying in a hotel that has not been officially opened yet. The restaurant is closed. The pool is working very strangely for limited hours, and the minibar had only one bottle of stool water and one bottle of sparkling water. The staff is nice and friendly, well it is Tel Aviv, but there seem to be standards, and you have the impression that everyone is performing their task for the first time in their lives.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located. The staff was nice but did not seem very well trained. And both rooms I stayed in had showers that overflowed.

Like most places in Israel, the hotel is not operating all of its services which was disappointing but understandable. What they couldn’t offer in physical space (rooftop bar and pool, full restaurant service), they made up for in staff attentiveness. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and caring hotel staff. Special shoutout to Alex who feels like family now. I can’t wait to come back when the hotel is firing on all cylinders. The space is just beautiful.
