Significant training needed for staff at the hotel and restaurant. There were a lot of issues, handled badly by the team. Rooms are small and not well provisioned. Facilities are lacking. Overall the hotel is overpriced for the experience it gives. No benefits for ALL status members whatsoever.

Amazing staff. Very convenient room. A few remarks- Pool wasn’t so clean, especially the shallow part. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, but the menu can be more pregnancy friendly. All in all, we had a very good time.

The hotel opened 5 month ago, but there is still no service. Water / coffee is not refilled in the room. Staff is trying their best, but very little luck. When I ask for water, I need to come down in 30minutes to ask again, as it is never delivered to the room. We asked for dry-cleaning that was supposed to arrive early morning next day. It was not delivered neither in the morning, nor in the evening, nor next morning. We eventually got wet cloths after shouting on the staff when we were already very late and could not wait any minute longer.
