Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at ibis Styles Basel City. We are sorry to learn that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Nevertheless, we would like to comment on a few of the points you raised. You mentioned that the family room was too small and that the beds were uncomfortable. While we respect that comfort is a matter of personal preference, our family rooms consistently receive positive feedback from guests and are generally appreciated for their size and layout. Regarding your arrival, we noticed that you rated your check-in experience 40/100, although your comment states that the check-in "was done easily by the staff." We are therefore unsure what led to such a low rating and would have appreciated more details, as this would help us better understand your experience. You also mentioned that the shower was uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this comment is too general for us to identify any specific issue. Additional details would have been very helpful in allowing us to investigate and, if necessary, take appropriate action. We are, however, pleased to see that you appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, our team, the Wi-Fi, and that your check-out experience met your expectations.
