Otelinizde gerçekleştirdiğim konaklama, maalesef fiziksel koşulların yetersizliği nedeniyle oldukça konforsuz ve yorucu geçti. Rezervasyon yaparken dinlendirici bir konaklama hayal etmiştik ancak odanın standartları temel ihtiyaçları karşılamaktan bile uzaktı. Öncelikle odanın metrekaresi inanılmaz derecede küçüktü; oda içerisinde hareket etmek, valiz açmak veya rahatça yürümek neredeyse imkansızdı. Eşyalarımızı yerleştirebileceğimiz alanlar o kadar sınırlı tutulmuş ki, en azından bir iki tane daha raf veya saklama alanı olmasını beklerdik. Tüm eşyalarımızı ortada bırakmak ya da valizin içinde tutmak zorunda kaldık. Ancak odadaki en büyük problem kesinlikle havalandırmaydı. Pencerenin hiçbir şekilde açılmıyor oluşu, içeriye taze ve temiz hava girişini tamamen engelliyor. Tüm gün kapalı bir kutunun içindeymiş hissi uyandıran bu durum, uyku kalitemizi ve oda içindeki hava sirkülasyonunu çok olumsuz etkiledi. Benzer bir dar alan problemi banyoda da fazlasıyla hissediliyordu. Banyo o kadar dar ve ergonomiden uzaktı ki, kişisel bakımımızı yaparken elimiz kolumuz sürekli sağa sola, duvarlara çarptı. Özetlemek gerekirse; alan darlığı, depolama alanı yetersizliği ve en önemlisi temiz hava eksikliği nedeniyle kaldığımıza pişman olduğumuz bir konaklama oldu. Otel yönetiminin bu odaların fiziki koşullarını acilen gözden geçirmesini ve misafir konforunu önceliklendirmesini tavsiye ederim.

The issue you experienced with ventilation is a situation that must be taken into consideration regarding the importance of our guests staying in a healthy environment. We are sorry that the inability to open the window negatively affected the airflow within the room, as well as your comfort. We recommend that, no matter where you go, you please report any complaints to our front desk; they are there to assist you, and in most cases, a solution can always be found. Açılamayan pencere, pencere kolu için resepsiyona müracaat etmek, fişlerin genel kullanıma uygun olmaması, oda küçük evet bilerek fiyatı makul olduğu için küçük aldık ama, aynı m2, aynı otel grubunda daha iyi düzenlenmiş odalarda kaldık. Bir konaklama merkezinde personel mutlaka ama mutlaka çözüm odaklı olmalı. Burada maalesef onu yakalayamadık.

Saatimi kaybettim oteliniz de unuttum defalarca resepsiyonu aradım her seferinde kat hizmetlerine soracaklarını söylemelerine rağmen tekrar aradığımda yine aynı cümle ile karşılaştım.Sabah aceleyle hava limanına gittiğimden unutmuşum ya da düşürmüşüm bilemiyorum otelden çıkınca farkettim ama uçağım kaçar diye korktuğumdan dönemedim direk hava limanına gittim çok üzgünüm saatimi İsveçten almıştım yeniydi kendime hediye almıştım ve çok severek kullanıyordum içi beyaz gold renkli metal takmalıydı markası Rosefield ve su geçirmezdi

Without these details, and given that nothing has been found anywhere in the hotel, we cannot go beyond the steps already taken. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for an item that only the guest had in their possession, especially when all our checks have come back negative. We always apply strict protocols for lost items, and whenever something is found, we keep it safely and even arrange international shipping for our guests when needed.
