Otelin konumu çok iyi, bilgilendirme ve ilgi çok iyi, güler yüz muazzam, kahvaltı çok güzel, odalar çok küçük, oda içerisinde tuvalet kokuyordu.

Açılamayan pencere, pencere kolu için resepsiyona müracaat etmek, fişlerin genel kullanıma uygun olmaması, oda küçük evet bilerek fiyatı makul olduğu için küçük aldık ama, aynı m2, aynı otel grubunda daha iyi düzenlenmiş odalarda kaldık. Bir konaklama merkezinde personel mutlaka ama mutlaka çözüm odaklı olmalı. Burada maalesef onu yakalayamadık.

Saatimi kaybettim oteliniz de unuttum defalarca resepsiyonu aradım her seferinde kat hizmetlerine soracaklarını söylemelerine rağmen tekrar aradığımda yine aynı cümle ile karşılaştım.Sabah aceleyle hava limanına gittiğimden unutmuşum ya da düşürmüşüm bilemiyorum otelden çıkınca farkettim ama uçağım kaçar diye korktuğumdan dönemedim direk hava limanına gittim çok üzgünüm saatimi İsveçten almıştım yeniydi kendime hediye almıştım ve çok severek kullanıyordum içi beyaz gold renkli metal takmalıydı markası Rosefield ve su geçirmezdi

Unfortunately, no watch matching your description has been found. We also asked you for more precise information to help us refine the search, as this is essential for lost‑and‑found procedures. Without these details, and given that nothing has been found anywhere in the hotel, we cannot go beyond the steps already taken. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for an item that only the guest had in their possession, especially when all our checks have come back negative. We always apply strict protocols for lost items, and whenever something is found, we keep it safely and even arrange international shipping for our guests when needed. For this reason, it is unfortunate that you chose to give us a rating of 1, as this situation does not reflect the work of our entire team. Our staff puts a great deal of effort into ensuring the best possible guest experience — even as a 1‑star hotel in Switzerland — and we take pride in consistently finding and returning lost items whenever they are actually found on our premises.
