A big let down by Novotel Group Worst stay in my 35 yrs of travelling Bad Linen Dis-courteous staff... they were not at all wanting business or have a customer friendly approach Lunch on A-la Carte being denied in Coffee Shop when Buffet is there !!! Being told "you can just have Buffet or you can go out" !!! When in fact I am not walk-in customer but staying in the Room... WONDER HOW THEIR STAR RATING WAS GIVEN!!! AND WHY THE CONCERNED MINISTRY SHOULD NOT HAVE A RELOOK Breakfast was bad.... looked like a days previous food.... again staff a dead body there... no one to take care Advise :- if you spending this much money Better look for other properties than to get suffocated here

Food at buffet tastes good .. could maintain the heat of the food..service was also good.. we enjoyed dinner watching champions final match..great time enjoyed well.. dessert items, main course everything was good..would recommend …at affordable rate also!!

Had our family dinner at Food Xchange restaurant in Novotel. The staff were good and the service was great. The food quality is good as well. They use high quality ingredients and we can feel it. The spread / item quantity can be improved but I dont see that to a fault where I would give them one star less. For the price (with food aggregators discounts), this place is worth it.

Good Rooms and Location but Bad Food and Service. I stayed for 1 night and ordered dinner in room. Food was horrible and bad tasting. Even after feedback and returning 1 dish back, I was still charged for full meal and received no replacement. Room Dining team had amateurs and looked like they have hired ppl from local dhaba as they had not courtesy to speak to a customer and no understanding of the process. Looks like they have cut cost and hence compromised the quality and guest experience.

Very nice Banquet hall. We are host the event for bank it's absolutely awesome.event went smoothly food and service was excellent, employee Mr.Aravind cordinate very well make all though things and requirements made it well , service was good ,thanks everyone
