We stayed at Novotel in Nandanam in March in 2 rooms and we had an awesome time! I had informed of the stay being a celebration of my mum's birthday at the time of reservation, and it was really nice of the housekeeping to pleasantly surprise us with the decor and a yummy cake in the room! Such a lovely hotel with welcoming people . Shout out to Vishal at the Front desk for such a warm welcome and for being so accommodating! Special thanks to Lucky at the restaurant for being so very courteous and helpful, her dinner recommendations were much appreciated! Would love to come back here!

I recently stayed at Novotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the convenient location. Special mention to Renu, she was really helpful and was great.

I had a most memorable experience at Novotel. their kindness and hospitality is simply outstanding. look for Mr. Syed and Ms. Daphi, as they are the most helpful customer care reps at Novotel chennai. the food is also Amazing. look for Chef Amit.

Amazing Experience, the hotel lives up to the name it has made for itself. Staff is also very helpful and understanding, Syed specially was really helpful. I stayed for 2 nights, the food was great too, be it the variety of the quality. Terrace has an amazing gym with all the equipments one can need.

Had a wonderful stay at Novotel, Chennai made even better by the warm hospitality of Vishal at the front desk. He was very approachable, professional, and ensured our check-in was smooth. Vishal also helped us with directions and recommendations during our stay, which made a real difference. Truly appreciate his friendly attitude—it really enhanced our overall experience.
