Great hotel for stay. The location is really good. Its far from the city. Reception staffs Prerona was very welcoming

Great hotel for stay... it's away from the main city. Front desk staff Prerona was very welcoming and friendly. I like the rooms and food as well.

A big thank-you to the wonderful team who made my stay so comfortable and memorable. Your genuine care, attention to detail, and professionalism truly stood out. My appreciation to the F&B Team – Balaji, Harsh, Niyas, Jyothi, Sanjai, and Asmi for their outstanding service and constant smiles. Special thanks to Chef Sounther and Mohit for the delightful culinary experiences. Grateful acknowledgment to Yogesh and Abdul, our chauffeurs, for their punctuality and courtesy. Had a transit stay in Novotel Chennai Sipcot and it was nice. Stayed here on the way back from Kuala Lumpur to Guwahati. Although the hotel is a bit far from the airport but it’s worth it. Nice rooms, nice service, the breakfast is awesome. Kovalam beach is nearby and a must visit if you stay here. Altogether it’s a lovely property. We loved staying here.

Nice room and swimming pool view was so good. Prerona was very kind and helpful. Food was good specially breakfast buffet.
