The room service is good and Anjali and Ankit in the restaurant were awesome they were at our service immediately.great job.👍on the whole great job.everything was awesome.tge room service was great and parcelling everything was great.

average spread...missing welcome drink..large scope for there weren't many options staff courteous and trying to compensate with good service. I really don't have so much to write as it's so so this time..table for family of 4bwas too small. can't even accomodate 4 PPL.

Good stay, friendly staff. Complementary Bread fast is being served very good. Highly recommendable. I prefer IBIS when ever I visit Chennai. As the location is very convenient and city centre I feel. Anjali was so good with her work and helpful in breakfast area.

It's was so great service by the Ibis team. I had best experience. I would like stay more often whenever I visit Chennai. The break was good, just be one suggestion please improve the taste of sampar as a tamilan I know the taste, and the staff she is name is anjali is very polite and giving a prompt service!!! 😊😊😊

From check in to check out everything was great. Breakfast was awesome. Overall fulfilled stay. Anjali was the host for the breakfast. Enjoy a health breakfast with various options to choose from. Room is a compact and airy space. With all the essentials.
