The experience was nice and talking about the breakfast it was also good. The rooms are just comfortable for 2 people. And the staff were also cooperative Ms. Anjali was one of them. Thus the whole journey was good and nice. On behalf of my colleague as well

Excellent Food quality and services. Staff is nice and supportive good support @Anjali for services. IBIS hotel culture is nice Room service and facility is appreciated. Canteen facility and food menu are good. Recommend for the stay in IBIS

A very convenient hotel close to the metro system. The rooms are the usual Ibis standard, the breakfast is extensive and should make any European happy. All the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. We have stayed twice and would recommend it.

Glorified prison

Bathroom built like 2ndAC on trains. Moulded plastic box into which you have to climb in. Reception terrible. Billing system bad. Staff confused. Unresponsive. Feels claustrophobic and like a railway station inside. Tough to access hotel. Food a la carte has no basic comfort foods. Closed environment, feels like a prison. They gouge you every little thing. Exploited me since I got unwell. Management has created that you can not escape from us attitude. Don't go to this place. Any old lodge in Chennai would be better. Saving grace dinner buffet.
