If you have a standard stay without issues, this hotel is fine. But be warned: if an incident occurs, the facade of hospitality instantly crumbles, and you will be treated with cold, bureaucratic indifference. The Incident: My standard sedan suffered significant underbody damage on their steep garage ramp. There were no warning signs for standard vehicles. Instead of assistance, I faced a wall of hostility. The Service Failure: The reaction from the reception staff was shocking. There was zero empathy, zero offer of help, and a complete refusal to even document the accident. The attitude was reminiscent of a bygone era of customer service: dismissive, rude, and obstructive. I was essentially told, "Not our problem, deal with it yourself." The Management Failure: I expected the General Manager to step up and show leadership. Instead, he hid behind the hotel’s owner (Essendi) and their lawyers. The management is spineless; rather than resolving a guest issue, they routed me into a bureaucratic loop designed to wear me down. The Result: After damaging my vehicle and ruining my trip, the hotel offered absolutely nothing: no compensation, no genuine support, just legal letters denying liability based on false claims. Verdict: Stay here at your own risk. If their infrastructure damages your property, the management will not help you. They will fight you.

Amazing zurek, but very dissapointing dinner: - the 'kamien kaszubski' platter looked good but had little taste - "local beer" was Zywiec - could not be less local - very dissapointing service: the mains were shipped half way through our starters, I order a medium rare steak. They took the food back to the kitchen. When it arrived later, the steak was well done. No apologies. No acknowledgement. Other than that - no complaints.

I would like to clarify that the dish mentioned in your review, the Kashubian stone platter, is a specialty from a different region of the country and has never been part of our restaurant menu. Our hotel is located in Kraków, and as there are many hotels of this brand across Poland, it is very likely that this review was posted in error and does not relate to our property. At the same time, I would like to invite you to visit our hotel, where the restaurant service is of a very high standard and all dishes are prepared with the greatest care. I stayed in this hotel and was amazed. This hotel has nice rooms and very clean. You feel welcomed as you enter the hotel door .The staff is so helpful and try to help you with any request you have. The breakfast is the best I had in the hotels I stayed so far .I recomend this hotel if you are planning to visit KRAKOW
