Al realizar la reserva en la herramienta, enviaron un correo con la reserva confirmada en la cual se procedió con el pago. Sin embargo, me estaban generando el mismo cobro en destino. Dentro de la confirmación no se evidencia en ningún mensaje que no se había realizado el pago, por lo cual se sobreentiende que no es necesario realizar pagos adicionales.

We understand that upon making a reservation through a travel agent, you received a confirmation and completed the payment, but were then asked to make an additional payment upon check-in. We would like to clarify this situation. The travel agent through whom you booked did not inform us that we should charge the card listed in our system. According to our procedures, during check-in, we perform a pre-authorization on the card for any additional expenses such as restaurant or minibar charges, even if the stay itself has been paid for. The funds on your card have already been released from our end. The issue arose because the travel agent did not notify us that your stay had been paid for.
