However, we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Regarding your room assignment, we regret that it did not fully meet your expectations. That particular day, we experienced an exceptionally high occupancy and activity in the hotel, which is unusual for this time of year. This unfortunately limited our ability to provide a room upgrade, despite our best efforts. We also regret that your Platinum membership benefits were not as noticeable as expected.
