Dear Mr. I., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding housekeeping, according to our records your room was serviced throughout your stay, with the exception of 1 March, when our team respected the Do Not Disturb sign placed on the door. We are also currently verifying the situation regarding the reported power outage, as our systems did not register any technical issue in the building during that time. Nevertheless, we sincerely regret any inconvenience you may have experienced. Please also remember that our reception team is available 24 hours a day and we always encourage guests to contact us immediately should any issue arise during their stay. This allows us to respond quickly and resolve any inconvenience as efficiently as possible. Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us continuously improve our services.
