Mercure Hotel in Bandung exceeded my expectations in every way. From the welcoming staff to the comfortable rooms, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. The hotel's prime location made exploring Bandung a breeze, and the delicious dining options on-site were a delightful bonus. I highly recommend Mercure Hotel for anyone visiting Bandung.

The hotel Is Very well located and the Rooms are clean and well maintained with very friendly Staffs. Upon our arrival, We were well welcomed and helped by Pak Rizal and the hotel duty manager Pak Septa. We stayed there for 2 nights. The breakfast Is good (but it can be better if it Is less salty) and they serve different main course everyday. All the restaurant Staffs are Very friendly and helpful, Especially the restaurant supervisors Pak Irpran dan Ibu Rika are very kind and attentive, keep on checking on us whether ww need help, cause we are wirh our mom who Is on wheelchair. We will come back to this hotel next visit to Bandung.

We were there for celebrating our company Iftar. Overall the foods are variant, delicious and worth the price. Good vibes, clean areas and the enviroment is very homey. Most importantly my collegues and I are very impressed with the best hospitality and services of Mercure Resto Manager & team. Keep up with the good food, excellence service

i was had iftar at mercure the food was amazing they have traditional food street at the buffet! and the service was excellent thankyou to Rika and Oni for great experienceand fast response me and my friends really enjoyed. thankyou team!!❤️
