We arrived late afternoon and were greeted by the friendly staff, Shelby and Jack. We were guided through the car registration system, so as not to receive parking fines. Our room was clean, fresh and well maintained .The beds very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff or house keeping. If we asked for extra milks, coffee, towels, they were delivered within 10 minutes. The front rooms have a better outlook than the back rooms that have storage containers by a disused railway track. We had the room overlooking the car park at the front, which was fine. All in all a good experience and we will definitely be returning.

Room is very comfortable and has everything you could need, the bed has an option of firm or soft pillows which is helpful for awkward sleepers like myself. I've stayed here a few times Muskan and Shelbie are always really pleasant and helpful

Stay here regularly for work and the staff are super friendly especially Shelbie who always has a big welcome and a smile on her face. The hotel is spotless and really comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble and the food is excellent. Would recommend if visiting the area

Tabish and Vaibhav their staff members were fabulous and help in every single day. Our stay was for a month and it never felt too long. Parking space is Ample. Breakfast is also good having multiple options. Ambience is also great. I would surely recommend it to my colleagues and friends.

The Hotel is very welcoming, with Reception staff very friendly, all the staff were lovely and helpful, who we spoke to. The rooms was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and bright. Especially for putting Make up on, also with an additional mirror for close up ideal for my mum as she wears glasses. Breakfast was a good variety with fresh fruit, yogarts,cerial jucies, variety of teas and Full English Breakfast etc.
