Basic and uncomfortable

This has to be the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on . Mattress very thin and mattress topper had stains all over it . Very basic room and no spoon to make tea/ coffee in the morning. Didn’t eat there so cannot comment on that but will definitely not be booing again .

The room was very basic but seemed clean. It was supposed to be a twin room but the two beds were pushed tight together, which felt like a double bed. This left a lot of space between the bed and the window. There was no furniture, except for a small chair and tiny stool, so this was wasted space. The room could have been arranged better. I could not use the desk because the tv and coffee maker were there. The staff were friendly, helpful, and nice. I had to ask for a hairdryer, and the staff were very quick to bring one. I stayed two nights. When I returned to the room after my first night there, I noticed the room wasn’t swept or cleaned, only the bed was made. Breakfast was okay but not exceptional. The croissants were all dark brown on both days, quite over-baked. Although there was a 24 menu advertised, when we arrived back at the hotel around 10 pm and tried to order from the bar, we were told that there was no food available. This was very disappointing and no explanation was given.

Been working in the Barnsley area for a couple of month's now and done the rounds through all the budget hotels my work sends me to,this one ticks all the boxes,clean,comfy bed, decent WiFi,most of all the staff make this place extra special thanks to Melissa and all the staff for a warm friendly welcome,will be coming back for sure,Mr Lawrence room 222

We came to visit family, We had a brilliant time. The hotel is located just off the M1 so perfectly located, I was worried that I would be disturbed but I didn't hear a thing. My room was very clean and modern. I noticed that the decorators were there, which made me question if they're having a refurbishment. I had the angry burger for dinner which I really enjoyed. Breakfast was very busy but the waitresses handled it very well and there was plenty of choice to choose from. All staff seemed very smiley and helpful. I will be back.

Fui para esse hotel a negócios e fiquei hospedada somente por uma noite. As dependências são limpas e arrumadas. O quarto tem um tamanho bom e com equipamentos necessários. Na recepção tem chá a vontade. O café da manhã é bem simples e com pouca variedade de pães. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos.
