Room was fine. Although no bin bags in the bins so just had to put teabag directly in it. Long check in process was waiting for what seemed an eternity. Then when they did finally come they weren’t very quick in doing it. Although they said would send an invoice. Still not received it yet from them two days later

Stayed here for 3 nights in room 103, very noisey as there is a table and chairs outside and all the drunks sit out drinking so avoid this room. No extractor fan in bathroom so it all gets steamed up. One pillow each and they were very thin, so requested 4 more, when they were out in room only 2 had pillowcases on. Cleaner needs to be shown how to clean, shower had a clump of hair in it. Table was dirty. Mattress very stained and all they had was a thin mattress protector with elastic on corners, not good! Bit like a youth hostel with a pool table downstairs, we didn't eat in hotel so can't comment on food. It's,an OK hotel better than holiday inn barnsley but if I did stay there again it would have to be away from area where tables and chairs are

Had an amazing stay at the ibis Barnsley. The bed was extremely comfortable. The cleanliness was outstanding good job to the housekeeping team for keeping my room beautifully refreshed. Definitely recommend to family and friends I sure will be back again.

Disgusting!! I checked in here after a fall out with my partner on Saturday night. I found a quick and easy to check in and stay room. I checked in at 12:30am. Got straight into bed without checking the bins or cups. I woke up in the morning to make myself a cup of coffee and the cups were already used and the bin not emptied. When going to reception I highlighted this to Steve, a member of staff who was not helpful and lacks any customer service skills. His response was “what do you want me to about it”. Well for starters Steve I object to paying £99 for a room whereby I have to wash the cups and empty the bin myself. Disgusting behaviour and will never stay here again.

Fui para esse hotel a negócios e fiquei hospedada somente por uma noite. As dependências são limpas e arrumadas. O quarto tem um tamanho bom e com equipamentos necessários. Na recepção tem chá a vontade. O café da manhã é bem simples e com pouca variedade de pães. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos.
