I stayed in this hotel for so many times since I worked in the Brunei. I moved to UK and still whenever I visisted Singapore almost every year , I stayed in this hotel again. The most convenient fact about this hotel is, the location , within walking distance to nearby restaurants and shopping malls as well as Novena Square and medical centre. Hotel is not too far, about 10min walk, ( though need to climb up a bit 🙂. Hotel is surrounded with eating places and there are quite a variety to choose. The room is clean. The cleaner, Ashnila is very good and does her tasks very well at anytime. Supervisor MaySan is very friendly and very helpful. Rayan at the front desk is very helpful too. I will be staying there for my future trips to Singapore. Well, only one thing, The price is still quite expensive for the three star hotel. People who do not need to think of finance can easily enjoy the stay , but those who cannot afford , will only a dream for them for staying there,( with my own experience among my friends. )

Staff behaviour is very rude and rough . My wife was not well but did not provided basic support like hot water bag / did not take request for break . No shaving cream / tooth paste provided . Never had such bad experience in accord hotels . Basic customer service attitude is missing. Will not recommend the hotel to anyone

这家宜必思面积挺大的，比我之前住的几家都大，位置还行，拉行李去地铁稍微有点远，公交车站位置还行 早餐做的口味不错
