卫生打扫的干净,服务人员比较有礼貌,入住干净很温馨,房间内有大写字台很方便,床睡着舒服,洗手间小但是应有尽有,唯一不足的地方就是早上没睡醒服务人员就开始敲门询问是否打扫房间,这点影响客人休息。

The service was excellent, and we have pleasant stay and comfortable sleep. Room design is slightly dated, although very high quality. Windows are big, but the view is on neighbor's windows. Great breakfast. Great overall value of stay.

没有拖鞋,房间太小,大件行李甚至无法存放和打开,六楼楼道晚上很吵,并无人管理约束。酒店基本没什么服务可言,整体感觉性价比低,不值。

One Night's Stay at the Ibis Novena in Singapore

It was one of those rare times when I had to stay at an Accor property for one night in order to maintain my status at a certain tier. The stay was alright, nothing special. The thing that has me writing this review is this: the email confirmation I received from the reservation agent upon booking had stated that there was nothing to be paid at the hotel as my credit card had been charged. However, upon check-in and check-out, I was told that payment for the room had not been made. First time this has happened. Some confusion ensued and I finally paid before leaving. Will be waiting for the credit card statement to arrive to check if I have been double charged.

The hotel location is great. It is just 10 mins walk to the Novena MRT station. The rooms are well maintained but could be bigger. The bathroom is also a bit tight. I strongly recommend the buffet breakfast as it has a good variety at a reasonable price.

Good quality, as expected from IBIS standards. Rooms are well cleaned, comfortable beds, great value for money. Hotel location is convenient, close to a mall, hawker centre, hospital and MRT. Also has shuttle service from hotel to MRT and back.

It is convenient to visit Burmese Temple and Dr Sun Yatsen Museum. There is a big shopping mall at the side of the street. Breakfast is satisfactory but lack of hot water. The service hour of shuttle bus is too short and need to walk about 10 minutes from Novena MRT station.

Friendly, cheerful, polite staff. Clean and tidy room. MRT is about 750 meters away, but a shuttle service runs from hotel every 30 minutes. Breakfast was on par with Ibis brand. Large shopping mall adjoins the MRT with plenty of shopping and food options.

We were welcomed with smiles by the night staff at the desk of the hotel even though it was about 130am inthe morning. Everything was done very quickly and with great helpfulness as the staff all have got to treat us like family and all wish us a pleasant stay. The room was all ready for us with a prrsonal message from the hotel Manager (David).On arriving in the dining room for Breakfast on our the dining room staff were there to welcome us back with smiles and Hugs of friendsip from Jolin and her staff, what a welcome back by all the mornining staff on the Thursday morning after a late night arrival. We enjoyed our stay of 6 days and were well looked after by all the staff. The gentleman who was doing the room cleaning was always asking us if everything all right and anything we needed done, always with a smile. As for the afternoon and evening staff in the dining room with Astrid and Jansen making sure we were happy and making sure that we were treated well by all staff and not to just fuss over us. It was good to see that all people in the dining room were all smiling and enjoying the service from all the on duty staff. Even the meals we received from the kitchen were well prsented and cooked to perfection. My son and I were thankful that our stay was made most enjoyable by all the staff here as we have come to expect. It always feels like we are home our second home. Thanks to all the Ibis Singapore Novena TEAM.

一 打掃時間問題 每天早上約九點十點的時候有人來敲門問要不要洗衣服(還是打掃)。 第一天我有點搞不清楚狀況 ,太晚回答 。清潔人員就直接開門進來 … 希望這一點可以改善 。 二 ,扣款 我可以理解飯店會收第一晚房費當作押金 。這個沒問題 。但是我被收到押金的時候是入住前幾個小時 ,那個時候我還在飛機上 。一入境就看到扣款 ,沒聯想到以為是被盜刷 。 扣款時間很尷尬 ,因為其實已經在check-in 幾個小時以前的事情 。 希望可以調整時間 ,在預定房間的時候就先扣款 。這樣才不會引起不必要的誤會 。

我要求前台给我朝阳的房间,结果给我分配的是327靠边,正对着一堵墙的房间,体验感特别不好,房间很小,茶杯没有清洗干净,我还看到污点。一开始洗澡的时候打开半天也没有热水,水温很低,虽然后来有热水了,但感受不太好。这个服务体验不值得这个价格。

Locality of the hotel is very good - close to MRT and accessible to bus route as well. Rooms are clean though small. Hotel front desk staff is very helpful. Restaurant food choices can be improved as many Indians stay at this property. Surprisingly kitchen closes at 9:40Pm sharp and as a tourist you might come a little late to the hotel. But overall a comfortable stay!!!

The hotel is very good located. From check in to check out everything worked very good. Because I have a Silver Card they gave me an upgrade room. The room was clean, clear, with a big window . The breakfast could be better. The price was expensive.

Good place to stay for business

Great place, across a supermarket and a small food court. Internet is also really fast but the annoying this is that the plug has a power button and if your power adapter is big, then you might have a hard time charging your time. No USB charging in the hotel room.
