I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I especially want to appreciate the room service staff, Windy, for her excellent service. She was polite, attentive, and always made sure the room was perfectly arranged. Her friendly attitude made my stay even better. Thank you for maintaining such high standards. I look forward to staying again.
