Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you had experienced during your stay. In our efforts to promote responsible cleaning practices that minimise the environmental impact, our Housekeeping has adopted an environmental sustainability program designed to focus on reducing water and energy consumption, thus lowering our carbon footprint. We have introduced non-cleaning days. Cleaning services, replacement of towels and linen is available upon request. We encourage all guests to embrace this initiative. For the presence of mould, this is certainly not reflective of our cleanliness standards. This has been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate rectification and closer inspection to prevent recurrence. We are also sorry to learn that the level of recognition you received as an ALL member did not meet your expectations. Our ALL members are highly valued, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams to ensure better consistency in both service delivery and member recognition.
