Very good very nice Lovely stay at Novotel Singapore on Stevens—clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and pool, convenient location. Highly recommended!

Hotel room is fine, all room facilities fine. Breakfast well done, especially smile of Rani welcoming us Unfortunately the “food exchange” was not pleasant during 1st day, we visited the place for beer, 10pm, and no one there entertaining us, they said it closed while the opening hours is up to 11pm. And finally we met Deepika who also helping us for getting beer for 3 of us. Since the lady/guy who doing moping the floor of inside bar cannot help us at all

Such an amazing hotel, could not recommend it enough. The staff were always so helpful notably Ramesh who was always friendly and greeted us with a smile whenever we walked past him. He was even so helpful with an easy checkout assisting us with booking a taxi!
