Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you had experienced during your stay. In our efforts to promote responsible cleaning practices that minimise the environmental impact, our Housekeeping has adopted an environmental sustainability program designed to focus on reducing water and energy consumption, thus lowering our carbon footprint. We have introduced non-cleaning days. Cleaning services, replacement of towels and linen is available upon request. We encourage all guests to embrace this initiative. For the presence of mould, this is certainly not reflective of our cleanliness standards. This has been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate rectification and closer inspection to prevent recurrence. We are also sorry to learn that the level of recognition you received as an ALL member did not meet your expectations. Our ALL members are highly valued, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams to ensure better consistency in both service delivery and member recognition. 깨끗하고 편안해요. 1층에 카페와 바가 있어 편리해요. 다만 주변 방 소음이 잘 들리는 점은 조금 불편했어요

2년전 방문했을때와 같이 깨끗하게 관리 되고 있는 호텔의 상태가 마음에 들었습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 부분은 호텔의 부대시설과 아코르회원 등급에 따라 이용 할 수 있는 혜택과 운영시간에 대한 내용을 인쇄해서 체크인 할때 제공했으면 좋을것 같습니다. 또한 F1기간에는 아코르플러스 식음료 할인 혜택이 제공되지 않는다는 것도 출력물이나 어플리케이션에 명시가 된다면 더욱 좋을 것 같습니다.
