We are delighted to know that you had an overall excellent experience and enjoyed our convenient location, which made it easy to visit Singapore's major tourist attractions. It is also wonderful to hear that you were pleased with our breakfast, our team, concierge service, and our sustainability initiatives. We are especially happy to know your nephew enjoyed the breakfast as well. At the same time, we sincerely apologise for the condition of the bed linen upon your arrival. We understand how disappointing and concerning it must have been to find visible stains, and we are equally sorry that the replacement linenwas not any better. This is certainly not reflective of the cleanliness standards we strive to uphold. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with our Housekeeper for immediate review of our linen inspection and quality control procedures with both our Housekeeping team and laundry partner to ensure that only clean, well-presented linen is placed in our guest rooms.
