I really enjoy staying here because the hotel is large, clean, and fragrant. The staff are all very friendly. There are two large swimming pools here, and my favorite is the infinity pool. The breakfast is not very varied but quite tasty. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and you can also take a free shuttle bus to Orchard Road. Overall, it’s very comfortable, especially with all the trees around that make the area feel cool and refreshing.

Pros - Nicely located for MRT, Buses and Orchard. Breakfast good. Complimentary mini bar. Asked for connecting rooms and got it. Cons - Rooms are very small with no adequate storage. Tiny 1/2 size wardrobe and no drawers so our clothes stayed in cases which we shoved under the bed. Bathroom the same, ended up piling up toiletries on the floor. Connecting doors wouldn’t stay open so had to improvise with shoes to stop them locking. Also they don’t service the room daily so had to repeatedly request new towels etc. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Not so friendly and not accommodating front office staff. Im a diamond member and stayed for a couple of nights, but room were not cleaned, no operators to answer queries. Service is not good except for VITA, the lounge reception, she was the only friendly and accommodating staff in this hotel. Hotel is beautiful and artsy but service is not so good unfortunately.

During my stay, Ms. Cai Ting did a great job of cleaning and tidying up. The room was kept in perfect order. She was very attentive and careful. Every detail in the room was given full attention and care. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. She helped me organize my books very carefully to make it look less messy. Every day I came back tired from the meeting and saw that everything was so perfect. Thank you Cai Ting, well done.
