We had a great stay at mecure Singapore on Steven’s…..The hotel is very neat….The location is also very central and has free shuttle services that is very helpful……The staffs are very friendly……. Thivas was very friendly and made our check in very easy……

The hotel facilities are very complete. The swimming pool is crystal clear and very clean. The gym has complete equipment to meet my exercise needs. The dishes in the restaurant are delicious. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. The room attendant Cai Ting is very friendly and helpful, and really cares about the needs of the guests. No matter what problems I encounter, she always solves them for me as soon as possible. Here, I feel unprecedented relaxation and pleasure. This will be a wonderful memory for me. I strongly recommend everyone to come here for vacation!

Special thanks to Cai Ting for keeping my room clean and comfortable every day. She is very professional and attentive. She paid attention to my needs without me asking. She did it. Very considerate. The breakfast every morning is rich and varied, and the various delicacies make the appetite whet. The waiter is also very enthusiastic. The environment around the hotel is also very good. The restaurant is quiet and peaceful, which makes people completely relax. This accommodation experience is great. I will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family, and will definitely choose to stay in this hotel!

I was traveling on business and had the best stay at Mercure. I even extended my stay for a day more. A big shout out to Thava, Deepika and Ramesh who made me feel so comfortable and at home. Extremely appreciative of their kindness throughout my stay there. It was the best welcome to Singapore :) I'm definitely coming back to stay, thanks to the hospitality and warmth of Thava, Deepika and Ramesh!!
