The buffet is awesome, Especially with chef Anthony around! Honeycomb, noodles, hash browns, and so much more! We lived in room 328 and the veiw was breathtaking! This is the best hotel we been to in 10 years! WE WILL SO DEFINITELY COME HERE AGAIN!!!!

Room is big and spacious. Breakfast buffet could do better with the variety especially on the selection of fruits. Certain requests like ice bucket can take more than an hour. Hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood with a nearby bus stop as well as free hotel shuttle so Orchard Road is very accessible. Entrance lobby is like an art gallery with all the metal sculptures on display which somehow blends well with the overall aesthetics of the hotel.

This one is. My. Firsts. Stay in novetel. Singapore on Stevens. Mr .thivana. In the front desk very helpful to get the room early.. and also explained the other. Facilities in the hotel , local attractions …. For my next stay Novotel Singapore on Stevens will be the 1 st choice ….

Superb hotel ambience is very very nice all staff members cooperation helpful mainly Iqbal from Bangladesh is very good guy night staff House keeping any time midnight call him he is ready to good service really hatts off to him he should be promoted also fine all staff members thanks to all will recommend to all my group to visit Novotel Singapore.

Would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the team at Novotel Singapore On Stevens for making our company dinner and dance a successful and memorable event. Thank you Wei Ling for being so accommodating to our ever changing requests, and to Saran for ensuring the evening proceeded smoothly despite some deviations we made last minute to our program schedule. I would also like to commend on the team's excellent service level, who went the extra mile to help us in putting everything together. Last but not least, the food was really delicious as well. I would highly recommend Novotel Singapore On Stevens to anyone looking for a venue for your special event.
