Excellent Business Stay with Outstanding Service My 5-night business stay at Novotel Singapore on Stevens was excellent. The room was modern and quiet, perfect for work and rest. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to Orchard Road. The true highlight was the staff, especially Aginis. She was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my stay. Aginis always had a very, very nice and sweet smile that made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Her positive attitude and attentiveness significantly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and will certainly return on my next trip to Singapore.

전반적으로 좋았어요. 특히 조식당의 직원들이 친절했고, 특히 여자직원분이 아침부터 기분이 좋아지게 미소지으며 이야기해줘서 좋았어요. 다만, 무슨 이유였는지 모르겠으나 객실 청소가 좋지 않았어요. 숙박하고 난 첫날은 사용한 수건 2장을 교체하지 않고 그냥 그대로 걸어주었고, 둘째날은 아예 방 청소도 해주지 않았어요.

The stay was amazing with top-notch service And I want to specially mention Deepika, she was extremely cordial, jovial and is highly trained in her customer service skills. She took the time to go out of the way and help us with bills, explaining things around and treated us with extra kindness!! Haven’t seen this in a while 😇

Held my wedding here last weekend, on days leading up to the wedding, kudos to our wedding coordinator Melvin Chan for going the extra miles to accommodate to our requests. A lot of things won’t be possible without his help. Our banquet manager, Saran also made sure that things ran smoothly during both food tasting and banquet. Saran was always friendly, helpful and on the ball during the whole event. Appreciated it! The only downside was the communication between front desk and other departments. Apart from that, we truly enjoyed hosting our wedding here
