It was a very compelling experience everything is very soothing Hotel staff very friendly and do the needful with a smile. I stayed here for 5 nights with my wife (paraplegic). The staff were always going the extra mile to ensure the service was beyond expectations for us. Every morning at breakfast Marcus and Mohammad had reserved a table for us without us knowing as they could see my wife needed extra room as at buffet breakfast there was very high influx of travellers. They also looked after us for her birthday. In addition, the lobby staff were exceptionally grateful in assisting us with activities and adventures. The fact that Novotel and Mercure were side by side enabled guests to enjoy the happy hour cocktails Wednesday and Fridays $5-$8 which we absolutely enjoyed. Thank you to the whole team for a world class stay.

Ms. Cai Ting gave me proactive and meticulous care. When I go out, she will proactively inform me of the weather conditions and remind me to bring rain gear. She will also patiently tell me the nearby public transportation routes, making it more convenient for me to travel in a strange city. Once I came back from an outing with a lot of things in my hands. When Cai Ting saw it, she immediately took the initiative to help me move the things to the room and opened the door for me. I was very touched by her enthusiasm and kindness. She always pays attention to my needs and lends a hand in time when I need help, making my stay experience even better. I am very grateful for this, which reflects the hotel's professionalism and integrity, and makes me feel more at ease to choose this hotel.
