I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcome. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service.. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

We are very satisfied with the upgraded hotel room, all the service and facilities. One thing should be improved is the breakfast on the first floor because we need to queue for the breakfast, however we are asked to go to 2nd floor breakfast because of our platinum status, and the 2nd floor breakfast is wonderful.

I checked in at 9.pm, only 1 staff so we must queue. On the 2nd day , My room (1012 ) never cleaning by housekeeping after i come back at night so can not ask to clean, no fresh amenities, i ask the staff that delivered the new towels and inform him no tv remote in my room so i can not turn on the TV, not coming untill i check out. Tap water sign drinkable, but after i take with glass some black partikel inside the water. Not healthy to drink.
