Room: Very clean, spacious, natural lighting. Comfy beds (changed every other day) and lighting at night is quite impressive. The most modern TV channel setup ive ever seen. Thermostat is also modern. Lobby: Open plan facing north (if you believe in fengshui) Service: very friendly professional and knowledgeable staff. Please dont hesistate to ask. Commute: 20 minute walk to Orchard Road. Facilities: ask for a tour. Totally worth it, plus self-service laudromat.

Cai Ting is really good at her work and she did a really good job with the cleaning. She made sure all towels are changed on time and beds are laid well . She did a marvelous cleaning of the class where you can see your view very clear . In all she is the best

Excellent hotel, very welcoming and friendly. I had a situation with a request to cancel the last day of stay and the manager Yuna Sat was very understandable of my reason of cancelation. I greatly appreciate the manager and the reception staff aknowleding and accepting the cancelation with full refund. Would recommend Mercure hotels, 10 / 10. Thank you, Singapore.

Really happy with the hospitality of the hotel and the friendly behaviour of the staff. Specially the staff at the reception named ALICE and her manager they treated us like a family member for our kids. Such a peaceful aura of the hotel makes it feel like you are at your own country. Really suggest everyone coming to singapore to atleast visit once and enjoy your holidays with leisure and comfort💐
