I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Ibis Novena Singapore. As an Accor Platinum member, I am entitled to complimentary breakfast as part of my loyalty benefits. Additionally, I had purchased a separate room and breakfast package for my family. Despite this, I was unexpectedly and unilaterally charged approximately SGD 52 for breakfast, which I believe was unjustified. What concerns me most is that I felt misled by the hotel management. There was no clear communication or explanation prior to the charge, and I was not given the opportunity to clarify or dispute it before it was applied. This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a loyal Accor guest. Regrettably, due to this incident, I do not intend to return to Ibis Novena in the future.
