Karena alarm kebakaran berbunyi dan kami panik juga lari , hampir jantungan / heart attack sampai pusing

Kamar mandi sempit, tdk ada pembatas yang memadai untuk menghindari cipratan shower

Suka banget nginep di sini, letak hotelnya, kebersihannya, nyaman banget selama menginap kamar dan kamar mandinya, cuma sayangnya amenities tidak diisi kembali sesuai jumlahnya diawal saat di hari berikutnya menginap (sendal, teh, kopi, shaver), dibiarkan saja kosong yang sudah terpakai, bukankah itu hak yang harusnya tanpa diminta sudah harus diisi kembali?
